What are the resume formats and precautions?
We have to write our own resume before the interview, so what should we pay attention to in the resume format? Let's have a look!

Matters needing attention

First, matters needing attention in writing a resume:

1. Resume should be simple, one or two pages is enough, don't attach irrelevant things, the format should be innovative, and don't make us feel that we are filling out a form.

2. The resume should highlight the key points, and the information you want to convey most must be prominent, so that recruiters can see it at a glance.

3. Don't have obvious word and sentence errors in your resume.

4. Speak with facts and write less empty words.

Second, preparation is something that needs attention.

1. Try to align bullets with tabs and dots, and try not to find them with spaces. It is ok to make it in a table, but it will be ugly when you send the word version.

2. It is best to make a resume according to the template. Many people take it for granted, so it seems that it will be difficult for HR to find key information, knowing that reading a resume will not exceed 30 seconds.

3. According to the resume template, there may be some information that can't be written in, such as the project experience of investing in IT R&D. One solution is that if you have a lot of project experience and technical skills, you can take another page.

4. A two-page resume is enough. Chinese and English must be completely compared in content and format. English comes before Chinese in foreign companies, but the opposite is true if you invest in state-owned enterprises.

5. Personal information: at the top, it is the name and contact information (telephone, mobile phone, email address, zip code), and gender, health and personal elements are all exempted.

6. Education background: Unless there are special needs, it is better to talk less. School, time, place, department and degree are enough. If necessary, add GPA, ranking, courses and research direction, depending on different companies.

7, award-winning experience: mainly scholarships, pick the biggest and latest writing, three or four items are enough, one line for each item, find a standard translation in English. Point out the year and place of the award.

8. Work experience: the most important! There are two kinds of work experience, one is internship and the other is part-time. Pay attention to the difference. What should be written is: time, company, place, position and responsibility. Responsibility should be written in the article, and the responsibility of each experience should not exceed three.

I hope the format and matters needing attention of your resume are helpful to you.
