Netease cloud profile is not because of hiding. The unlocking steps are as follows:

1. Find the Netease Cloud Music icon, click to enter the main interface, and select the three menu buttons at the top left of the screen.

2. Please select the settings on the left side of the screen.

3. Click the message and privacy settings option.

4. Select personal homepage display settings.

5. Click who can view my personal information.
