Exogenous insulin has no down-regulation effect on high affinity receptor sites in renal tissue, but it can down-regulate the number of low affinity receptors. Insulin can alleviate the IR damage of experimental animals' kidneys, which is mainly achieved through high affinity receptors, suggesting that insulin high affinity receptors can not only mediate the metabolic regulation of insulin, but also promote the growth and repair of renal tubular cells. These results provide an important experimental theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of renal failure. The research results passed the appraisal and won the second prize of Luzhou scientific and technological achievements in 2005. Professor He Tao mainly studied and organized all the experimental work of the National Natural Science Foundation project "Complexity and Computer Simulation of Cell Signal Transduction", established the separation and culture of neurons and liver tissue cells, protein's two-dimensional electrophoresis technology, radioisotope tracing and autoradiography technology, and made protein omics research and analysis on protein reversible phosphorylation modification of insulin, epidermal growth factor and cholecystokinin signal transduction pathways. At present, Professor He Tao is studying the signal transduction and protein omics of stem cell differentiation. More than 30 research papers have been published in core journals at all levels, 2 papers have been included in SCI, and many papers have won excellent paper awards in Sichuan Province and Luzhou City. Undertake or preside over many national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects 10. He is currently the director of Sichuan Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and the director of Sichuan Science and Technology Youth Federation, and has won the fifth batch of "Sichuan academic and technical leaders reserve candidates" and the second batch of "Luzhou academic and technical leaders reserve candidates" in Sichuan Province.
