Today, we hold a pairing activity of young teachers and apprentices here. First of all, on behalf of the school leaders, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the 23 teachers who are willing to accept apprentices and warm congratulations to the 23 young teachers who have found their favorite tutors.

The speeches made by tian teacher and Teacher Zhang just now remind me of the past. Twenty-three years ago, I made a statement here as a representative of my apprentice, and six years ago, I spoke here as a representative of my master. Today, as a experienced person, I was asked to say something from my heart here. As a lens, I am particularly excited and proud to talk about the same topic in different capacities on this podium!

Newton said that if I can find anything, it is because I stand on the shoulders of giants. There is a sentence from Xunzi on the light box of the old campus: "The country should be rich and strong, and teaching is important and expensive." Looking back, I can walk step by step from a young man who just started to walk on the podium to today, without the help of the school and the master. The combination of directing and shooting has always been a fine tradition. I remember 1990 that I was just assigned to shoot, and the school arranged for Mr. Wang Sulan to be my teacher, followed by Mr. Lu Peizhen. After I entered high school on 1994, I arranged for Mr. Li to be my master. Besides, I also took the initiative to learn from the great figures and history of the Chinese community at that time. These masters carefully taught me to prepare lessons, attend classes, write articles and engage in projects. I learned from them the spirit of diligence, sureness, assiduousness and honest life style. If I can make a little progress in teaching and research today, I can't do without the selfless teaching of the masters. From my personal growth experience, the "mentoring system" is an effective way for young teachers to exercise and grow.

Mentoring can make us familiar with education and teaching business as soon as possible and save growth time. Education not only requires teachers to have corresponding academic qualifications and professional knowledge, but also requires teachers to have corresponding education, teaching and curriculum inquiry abilities. For our young teachers, these abilities must be gradually explored and accumulated through their own educational and teaching practice. But this cycle is often very long, and it is easy to take detours, take risks, and even pay the price of failure. But education is not a circular project. Every student has been in high school for three years in his life. We are not allowed to experiment or fail. You are surrounded by national model workers and excellent teachers, as well as a large number of famous teachers and academic leaders from provinces and cities. This is a very valuable wealth, and we should make full use of it. This time, through strict procedures (several cycles, two-way selection), young teachers were selected to be your masters. I believe that their valuable educational wisdom and professionalism will be passed down and carried forward. There are many forms of teacher training, and this form of mentoring is more meaningful. The synchronous teaching behavior of the same subject allows the apprentice to improve easily on the basis of absorbing the teaching content and teaching art of the master, and truly teach students in accordance with their aptitude.

Teachers, all of you here shoulder the heavy responsibility of filming the future development. As a teacher, we should not only feel that this is the obligation and responsibility to train reserve talents for the teaching and research group, but also have the spirit of selfless dedication; As an apprentice, we should cherish the platform built by the school, learn from the master humbly and sincerely, and improve our education and teaching ability seriously and solidly. To this end, I would like to make three more hopes:

First, I hope that the master will do it in three ways. In the process of implementation, we should show autonomy and individuality in an eclectic way, and let disciples have sufficient space and time to communicate with the master through collective lesson preparation, teaching and research salons, internet and interviews. At the same time, the supervision office and the academic affairs office should not only strictly regulate, but also keep pace with the times, strengthen the guidance of the mentoring process, create more opportunities to strengthen mentoring exchanges, learn from each other's strengths and improve together.

Third, I hope that mentoring and mentoring can promote each other. Every master is a book and a dictionary, which is an inexhaustible teaching wealth for disciples. In the process of learning from the master, the apprentice should strive to achieve "four diligence". Last semester, our school will set up an academic journal, Journal of the Yellow Sea. Each issue needs a lot of articles about class management and teaching discussion. I hope that all the teachers and apprentices can leave more glory on it and add points to the year-end assessment.
