Repayment method of housing provident fund loan:
There are two repayment methods for housing provident fund loans: matching principal and interest repayment method and average capital repayment method. The borrower chooses the repayment method as needed, but a loan contract can only choose one repayment method.
Equal principal and interest repayment method: that is, equal repayment of loan principal and interest every month during the loan period.
Average capital repayment method: that is, the borrower needs to repay the same amount of principal in each period and pay off the loan interest payable in that period.
