On June+10, 2008, Xia Feng Art Troupe was formally established in Wang Fengxia. At the beginning, the team only had 12 people. By this year, Xia Feng Art Troupe has more than 30 members, all of whom are retirees. Wang Fengxia said that in the dance team, the oldest member is 69 years old and the youngest member is 54 years old. They all joined after retirement. Before they retired, there were doctors, teachers, soldiers and so on.

From the initial zero-based practice to the excellent completion of ballet, members of Xia Feng Art Troupe have performed in many places in China for more than ten years and have been invited by many TV stations to perform.

Members don't have to pay for coming to the art troupe, and she will bear the cost of the costumes. In addition, relevant units in Shenyang and Heping District also provide venues for the art troupe free of charge. After the training, Xia Feng Art Troupe will also give public performances in nursing homes, schools and other places.
