Fang Huatang, male, born in February, 1965, from Hengyang, Hunan, with a master's degree. 1joined the work in July 1985, 1984 10 joined the party. He used to be the deputy mayor of Yiyang Municipal People's Government and the party secretary and director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

He is currently the deputy director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Justice, a member of the party group, the director of the Provincial Prison Administration, the secretary of the Party Committee, and concurrently the chairman of Hunan Wananda Group Co., Ltd.
