"Heart-to-heart team" is the abbreviation of the national folk class teacher growth research association, and is often directly called "heart-to-heart team" within the teacher group. It is a folk teacher learning community, research community and life growth community initiated by Zheng Liping, a super teacher, the top ten class teachers in China, the top ten class teachers in Shandong Province and a famous Qilu teacher, and formally established with other like-minded peers in 2009. Over the past eight years, "Xinyu" has grown from twelve people at the beginning to thousands of excellent teachers and excellent class teachers in all provinces and municipalities directly under the central government. Relying on online media and irregular concentrated learning activities, they are determined to create "an open space of equality and freedom, a spiritual home of warm communication, a pure academic land of contention and collision, passionate outstanding teachers and the cradle of outstanding teachers' happiness" through problem discussion, reading and talking together, salon dialogue, video lectures, love donation and free teaching, which has driven the growth and development of tens of thousands of teachers. The story of team growth and development has been publicized by many important educational media such as People's Education, China Teachers' Newspaper, Friends of Class Teachers, Teachers' Way, Young Teachers, Teachers' Monthly, Henan Education, New Class Teachers, etc.
"Heart Language" has built a platform for teachers to learn and communicate, held reading, writing and discussion activities, organized dialogue salons and forum lectures, and created ten specific educational actions such as passionate, personalized and distinctive teachers, which made many teachers unconsciously change their walking style and growth path. Many teachers have gone beyond negativity, complaint, resentment and mechanical response to self-confidence, profundity, rationality and initiative innovation. Many teachers have gone beyond the low-level wandering of competing skills, clever plans and secrets, and moved towards the ideal of atmosphere, fraternity, wisdom and lofty ideals. The understanding that "everyone is different and everyone is good" has been formed. The concept of "to develop students, improve yourself first" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The team trained Huo Qing and Cao Jianying in Hebei; Guangdong Li Jincheng, Liu Xihong and Wang Xiuju; Beijing Guo Shulan; Zhao Feng,,,,,,,, Dong Xiangdong, Yu, Han, Kang Xiulan, Ma Bangyong, Wang Xinqin; Dong Quan and Han Chun, Shaanxi; Shanxi Niu Rong Zhi; Zhejiang Feng Liping and Liu Wei donated; Jiao Bingshu, Han, Henan; Guizhou Peng; Jiangsu He Huayi and Chen Bin; Anhui Wu Shoutao, Liu Junying and many other outstanding teachers who are influential in various provinces and cities and even the whole country.
The team also organized outstanding volunteers to teach free of charge in poverty-stricken areas in Gansu, Henan, Anhui, Yunnan and other provinces, donated libraries for remote schools, and conducted educational public welfare activities such as targeted public welfare teacher training, which effectively boosted the education development in relevant areas.
