Under the guidance and strong support of the Provincial Law Enforcement Corps and the correct leadership of the Party Group of the Municipal Administration of Work Safety, the detachment fully implemented Scientific Outlook on Development, aimed at building a harmonious society, established the concept of "people-oriented, safe development", adhered to the policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", continued to adhere to the work requirements of "strong quality inside, image outside, unity and cooperation, and willingness to contribute", and insisted on paying equal attention to supervision and service.

First, strengthen learning and improve the overall level of the law enforcement team.

The detachment further strengthened the study of political theory and laws and regulations, organically combined the usage of learning law with administration according to law, honesty and diligence, and spiritual civilization construction, established a system of learning law usage, and strived to improve the supervision and enforcement level and ideological and moral level of law enforcement personnel, and improved their ability to make decisions, administer and manage according to law.

In order to further improve the supervision and law enforcement ability of law enforcement personnel in cities and counties, on May 26-27 this year, the detachment held a training course for law enforcement personnel in the city's safety production supervision, and conducted business knowledge training for law enforcement personnel and deputy directors in charge of the law enforcement brigade in the city. Zhou Tong, chief of the Provincial Safety Supervision and Law Enforcement Corps, and Wang Jun, director of the Municipal Supervision Bureau, were also invited to attend the lecture. This training has achieved the expected results and laid a solid foundation for our city to build an administrative law enforcement team with exquisite business and civilized style.

Two, enrich the team strength, strengthen the standardization construction, establish the image of safety supervision and law enforcement.

In 20xx, four law enforcement officers were hired through open recruitment and examination, which timely adjusted and enriched the administrative law enforcement force. Team 12 personnel have all arrived at their posts.

This year, according to the relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, the detachment revised the relevant systems such as the Specification of Administrative Law Enforcement Documents, the Schematic Diagram of Administrative Law Enforcement, and the Key Points for Filling Administrative Law Enforcement Documents. At the beginning of the year, the detachment also formulated the "20xx Supervision and Enforcement Plan" according to the requirements of the Interim Provisions on Supervision and Supervision of Work Safety and Investigation of Administrative Law Enforcement Responsibility (Order No.24 of the State Administration of Work Safety), which clarified the objectives and tasks of the detachment's supervision and enforcement work and promoted the normalization of the supervision and enforcement work system.

This year, with the strong support of the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau, the detachment unified the law enforcement clothing style of the city's safety production supervision and law enforcement agencies. City detachment, Yanjiang District, Anyue County and Lezhi County are all equipped with uniform law enforcement clothing. In the next step, law enforcement officers will be required to dress in law enforcement and establish a good image of safety supervision and law enforcement.

Three, conscientiously perform their duties, adhere to the administration according to law, vigorously carry out safety supervision and law enforcement, and actively participate in the investigation and handling of production safety accidents.

According to the work plan of supervision and law enforcement in 20xx, supervision and law enforcement were carried out on passenger transport, fireworks and firecrackers, dangerous chemicals, machinery manufacturing, cement production, non-coal mines and road accidents for more than 60 times, including 9 non-coal mines, 5 dangerous chemicals, passenger transport 10, 6 fireworks and firecrackers, 2 machinery manufacturing enterprises and 2 cement production enterprises. There were 32 on-site inspection records, 3 decisions on on-site treatment measures, 5 rectification orders within a time limit, and 5 rectification review opinions.

Actively participating in the investigation and handling of production safety accidents is an important work of production safety supervision and law enforcement, and an important way to crack down on illegal acts and establish the image of safety supervision. This year, the detachment took the lead in investigating 4 general accidents (1.25 vehicle injury accident, 5.3 1 object strike accident, 8.3 1 object strike accident and 10.6 falling accident) and participated in more than 5 other accidents. At present, the 1.25 vehicle injury accident, the 5.3 1 object strike accident and the 8.3 1 object strike accident led by the detachment have been closed, and the 10.6 falling accident led by the detachment has been submitted to the accident investigation team for discussion.

The detachment attaches great importance to the legal management of cases filed for investigation, and requires law enforcement officers to wear law enforcement certificates when enforcing the law. At least two law enforcement officers collect evidence, make inquiry transcripts and serve documents at the same time. The physical evidence, written materials, pictures and other evidence collected on site must be signed and sealed by the inspected unit to ensure the completeness, accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of the evidence.

This year, the detachment filed a case for punishment 10, including 3 general administrative violations and a coexistence fine of 35,500 yuan; Last year, four accidents were filed for punishment this year, and a fine of 505,400 yuan was imposed; Three cases of accident punishment have been closed this year, with a concurrent fine of 375,654.38+0.000 yuan, and a total fine of 9 1.600 yuan was collected throughout the year.

Four, do a good job in the acceptance and investigation of reported cases.

In 20xx, the detachment has done a good job in accepting, investigating and responding to reported cases. No matter whether the report received is true or not, go to the scene or the periphery to investigate and verify it first. In the whole year, the detachment received more than 5 reports from the masses, of which 2 were investigated and dealt with, and 3 were transferred to other departments for handling.
