Jane's personal introduction
Biographical notes

Teenagers grew up in Yilan. /kloc-when he was 0/3 years old, his father died in a car accident, and "father" became one of the focus themes in his later creation and pursuit. High school went to Taipei, attended Fuxing High School, 1979 entered the Philosophy Department of National Taiwan University, and transferred to the Chinese Department the next year. When I arrived at the university, my literary talent gradually emerged, and I successively won the National Taiwan University Literature Award, the National Taiwan University College of Literature Student Award and the National Student Literature Award. The first collection of essays, Shui Wen, is a collection of works in college. After graduating from college, I went to Fumeng Temple in Foguangshan, Kaohsiung to translate Buddhist scriptures in vernacular, and to sort out the manuscripts of Master Xingyun. During his years in Foguang Mountain, his life mood changed, which also affected his creative style. In his early works, the Chinese department has a strong background, meticulous writing and strong feelings; The fish floating in the air and the rouge basin are transformed into observations and descriptions of urban life; Daughter Hong and Hong Haier are based on the roles of women and even mothers. Because of his publishing background, his creation and publishing have a vague plan, and he has collected more than a dozen books, showing a variety of styles and themes. He used to be the editor-in-chief of United Literature, the deputy editor-in-chief of the public reading department of Liu Yuan Publishing Company, and the director of the editorial department of Shiheshe. He also founded Dayan Bookstore with Chen Yizhi and Zhang CuO, specializing in writing.

"The gobbledygook in March was printed wrong, but no one knew." This is the beginning of Jane's essay Rip in April. After many years, I still remember that it is new. I first came into contact with Jane's article The Fisherman. If I remember correctly, I read it in an essay yearbook. I was impressed at that time. I think this essay with strong feelings and complicated words is as good as Li Lili's Mourning for the Past. I once came to an extreme conclusion: people who study Chinese can't get rid of the craftsman spirit. But Jane's writing is obviously an exception. Only exceptions show Jane's maverick.

This China-educated woman not only has Duras-like love and sense of mission, but also has a wonderful effect of "single-mindedness" in the use of classical images. The so-called "the right way to do things, stop at the best." For example, the essay "I can't forget the Jianghu" is not easy to write. The author deliberately downplayed the characters, years and places in the article, and wrote a free and easy atmosphere with the artistic conception of landscape painting in Song and Yuan Dynasties. As for the most famous article "Tearing in April", predecessors have commented a lot and dare not comment indiscriminately. This is indeed Jane's most skillful writing style, in which sincere and strong feelings are moving. Alas, there are so many unmarried lovers in the world!

It may be because of her long-term contact with Buddhist scriptures, which has a great influence on her. Jane Jane has been playing the role of "a chitose old man" or "a Taoist" in her prose world, tirelessly explaining her philosophy of life. It seems that all female essayists in Taiwan Province Province have this desire to express themselves. On the contrary, they are generally unfamiliar and tired of politics and reality. Jane's ideological core should be said to be fatalism, and her most essential cognition of life is to abide by the established social order. This idea is far from the times, and feminism may even disapprove. But Jane is happy, and others can't force her.

Jane grew up in the countryside in her childhood, which will inevitably affect her prose creation. The simple, harmonious and friendly atmosphere in the countryside gave her more peace of life. For example, she wrote in Water Question. Summer Poetry: "Summer is a season of sound, with rain, thunder, frogs, birds and cicadas. Cicada singing is enough to represent summer, so summer is like a quatrain. And the sound of cicadas is still the same every year, still like a quatrain, plain and even. " The empty and distant summer and dreamy childhood feelings are vividly portrayed in Jane's works.

Later, Jane packed her bags and left her hometown, and walked into the bustling and dreamlike Taipei to enjoy another city. In the collection Fish Floating in the Air, Jane describes some simple people in Taiwan Province Province and some simple things in Taiwan Province Province. But these people and things are permeated with her yearning for human feelings and humanity, eager to return to the harmonious human relations she has experienced. This return to the traditional theme makes Jane Zhen's prose full of profound classical feelings. After all, she was deeply influenced by the traditional culture of China, under which she could only dance with shackles.
