During his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he served as the head of CCBA self-defense group in Qing Bu Township, Rongcheng, a member of the general party branch of the township, a clerk of the document department of Donghai District Committee, a propaganda member of wenxi county District Committee, and an instructor of Donghai Paper Factory.

During the War of Liberation, he served as a clerk and inspector of the East China Sea Administrative Office, the captain of the third brigade of Jiaodong Branch, the deputy section chief of the secretary section of the Industrial Office of Jiaodong Administrative Office, and the chief of the construction section of Binbei Special Office and Jiaozhou Administrative Office.

195 1 year 1 1 month later, he served as the chief of the cadre section of the personnel department of the Ministry of Forestry, the director of the office of the afforestation department, the director of the organization and production department, the deputy director of the afforestation bureau, the secretary of the party branch and the deputy director of the state-owned forest farm administration.

The "Cultural Revolution" was hit.

1after March, 973, he served as deputy director of Forestry Bureau of Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, deputy director of State Forestry Administration, member of party group, deputy director of forestry department and deputy secretary of party group. He used to be the president of Beijing Forestry Management Cadre College and the researcher of the State Council Agricultural Development Research Center.

Retired in May, 1995.

He is the eighth representative of the Party and a member of the 12th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
