Hello! Thank you for your support to Konka. The LED42M2800PDE uses wireless connection and requires the following settings:
1. Wireless connection needs to be matched: wireless network card (recommended chip model of wireless network card is RTL8 19 1SU, RTL3070, RTL87 12, but there is no specific requirement for wireless router), wireless router, computer and Internet TV.
2. After the wireless router and computer can be connected to the network normally, please connect the wireless network card to the TV (the wireless network card is the chip model recommended above, and can be installed and used directly without driver).
3. TV menu-Network Settings-Wireless Settings -SSID (search router device), encryption type (the same as that set on the computer), ip type, and then click Settings.
Note When the wireless connection cannot be connected:
1. Please confirm that the wireless router and wireless network card used are normal and can be used.
2. The signal strength of the wireless network is too low (when the wireless network strength you use is lower than 35%, our machine can detect the network, but it can't connect successfully. In order to ensure the normal use of wireless network, it is required that the signal strength should be stable at more than 70% or more than two cells. )
3. When there is a wireless connection, but the connection fails, you need to check whether the encryption type, WEP length and WEP mode settings are correct. Please confirm the parameters set by the encryption method, so that our TV can recognize it normally: (a) WEP encryption method is adopted, and the settings are as follows: open authentication method, 64-bit WEP encryption method, ASCII key method, arbitrary key and 5-digit password. (b) WPA encryption is adopted, and the settings are as follows: TKIP is selected as the password type, PSK is selected as PSK/EAP, and the password needs to be set to 8 digits. (Note: It is recommended to use the numbers 0-9 for password identification.)
Thank you for your consultation and wish you a happy life!
