Qin Zhiping (1947-1August 29th, 1995), a famous two-person performance artist, was transferred to Jilin Folk Art Troupe from 1980. He is an outstanding representative of Errenzhuan, and his performance is excellent. Judging from his performance, the stage is very beautiful and lifelike. Teacher Qin Zhiping's singing and dancing skills are second to none, and her performance on the stage is very flexible and beautiful. Every performance is devoted to all emotions, and every singing and action is extremely serious, so people can't bear to miss it. She is a real artist.

Qin Zhiping also serves as the director of Jilin Errenzhuan Artists Association. 1958 was admitted to the local drama department of Jilin Opera School. The Atlas of Qin Zhiping was handed down from ancient artists Cheng Xifa and Li Qingshan. 1963 transferred to Jilin Ji Troupe, 1980 transferred to Jilin Folk Art Troupe. He won many awards and performed many excellent programs. He and Li won the first prize in three performance projects, such as Scraping the Wall and Double Tournament. His performances "Harvest Bridge", "Pig on the Ground", "The West Chamber", "Bao Gong Duan Hou" and "Sprinkling Water in front of the horse" were all promoted at the learning meeting of Jilin Errenzhuan new drama. Among them, Harvest Bridge won the first prize of 198 1 National Excellent Quyi Program, Pig on the Ground won the national gold record award, and After Bao Gong Duan won the first prize of 1984 First Northeast Quyi Exhibition. His works are many, and today, his works still have a wide influence.
