Lina Yu (1940 10-) was born in Jiangshan Town, Yinxian County, Zhejiang Province, and was born in Shanghai. China famous violinist and educator. He is currently a professor at Shanghai Conservatory of Music, director of China Musicians Association and chairman of Lina Yu Violin Art Foundation.

Lina Yu began to learn piano at an early age; 195 1 entered the middle school attached to Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and then was admitted to the orchestra department of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. 1962 stayed in school to teach after graduation. He used to be the director of the violin and viola teaching and research section of Shanghai Conservatory of Music and the academic leader. 199 1 year, was hired as a professor. 1993 to 2008, Lina Yu was re-elected as a member of the eighth, ninth and tenth CPPCC sessions [1].

From 65438 to 0993, Lina Yu established the first "Lina Yu Violin Art Fund" named after artists in China, aiming at promoting the cultivation of top violin talents in China.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Shanghai Conservatory of Music assigned a student creative team to present gifts for the National Day. Thus, Liang Zhu violin concerto was born [2]. 1On May 27th, 959, The Butterfly Lovers was a great success. Lina Yu, 18 years old, is one of the founders and the first executor, so he is famous. This work has a great influence at home and abroad, and has become a China music classic, with more than 6,543,800 records released.

She has also performed abroad for many times and served as a judge of music competitions at home and abroad.

1989, won the first "Golden Record Award" (awarded by China Record Company).

1992, awarded the title of "Excellent Expert of the Ministry of Culture".

The students trained by Lina Yu have filled the gap of China players in many international violin competitions. Among them, Wang Zhigui won the third place in the "sibelius" international violin competition in Finland. Huang Mengla won the gold medal in the Italian "Paganini" violin performance competition.
