Perhaps because of the influence of family environment, Li has developed the habit of doing everything himself since he was a child. When his peers are still holding fairy tale books with relish or sitting in front of the TV, he has already developed a strong interest in large and small objects at home. He joked that as long as the things at home can be disassembled, nothing can escape his "claws". As long as he finds an interesting thing, he always wants to know its internal structure and working principle, so he always takes these things apart and looks for the answer through his own observation and access to information. He often takes things apart at home. However, parents who know their son's temperament never blame him, but always encourage him to do it himself and learn useful knowledge from practice.
Li doesn't know when he became interested in the experiment. At home, he has a self-made small electronic experimental platform with some electrical equipment on it, and the cabinets next to it are all electrical components. Here, the desk is full of tools, so he can stay all day and forget to eat and rest. With this innate "fighting spirit", he has won many provincial and municipal invention and creation awards since primary school and has become a veritable "little inventor" in the eyes of his classmates.

Li's father is an electronic engineer in the Fourth Institute of Iron and Steel Engineering. He has been in charge of scientific research in the unit, with a solid professional foundation and rich experience. However, due to his experimental research, he suffered from glaucoma for a long time and was blind. My father's blindness has brought great changes to my family. After a series of failures, the "high performance and low distortion electronic ballast" was finally developed successfully. This invention not only won the patent certificate of utility model issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration, but also participated in the International Science and Technology Industry Expo held in Beijing. Li continued his glory and dream for his father with his own hands.
University stage
In 2004, Li entered Wenhua College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology to study electronic information technology. He admitted that college was a very important turning point in his life. In college, he made great growth and improvement. As far as the professional field is concerned, during the university, the study of theoretical knowledge began to be systematic and in-depth, and the experimental equipment provided by the school was far superior to that provided by the family, which provided a good platform for him who was keen on hands-on experiments and made him have a deeper research and greater promotion in the scientific field. Besides, for him, the biggest change in college is personality. Since childhood, Li has been used to immersing himself in his own small world for experiments and scientific research. Li's personality has always been very introverted, and this situation continued until high school. After entering the university, with his talent in dancing, he joined the literature and art department of the student union, later became the captain of the Latin dance team, the minister of the literature and art department of the student union, and finally became the vice chairman of the student union, gaining the reputation of "Latin Prince" and "Little Inventor". He admits that during this time in the student union, on the one hand, his work ability has been greatly improved; On the other hand, through contact and communication with teachers and classmates, I also learned a lot about dealing with people and enhanced my management ability. He became cheerful and optimistic, always with confidence and enthusiasm, and made many friends.
At the same time, in college, he also won many awards, once won the second place in Hubei Latin Dance, the Star of Science and Technology, the third prize in the Challenge Cup Entrepreneurship Competition, and won numerous awards in school. During college, Li met many people and made a group of like-minded friends because he had many opportunities to participate in activities. We always communicate with each other together, and of course we will discuss our future and dreams together. Holding a promising national patent project in his hand, Mr. Li feels that it is too wasteful to put it into practice. Because of this, he had the idea of starting his own business. "Instead of giving my skills to the wrong people, let me start my own company!" He said so. On the eve of graduation, two energy-saving lighting companies extended an olive branch to Li, promising a monthly salary of 10,000 yuan, hoping that he could join their team. However, Li, who wanted to start his own business, refused the temptation of higher vocational education and high salary and decided to set up his own entrepreneurial team. When he shared his thoughts with friends, many people thought he was dreamy, but some friends were full of expectations for the future he dreamed of. Finally, three young people with dreams and courage formed a brand-new entrepreneurial team.
After sufficient market research, analysis, fund raising and relevant formalities, their "Wuhan Dior Lighting Co., Ltd." was formally established in Yangyuan Street. Although the scale is not large, it is their first job after leaving the ivory tower. "Watching my dream suddenly come true, I was really excited and didn't sleep well for several days!" Li still remembers the scene at that time.

Among them, 80% of the company's college students actively responded to the government's "college students' entrepreneurship" policy. They started their business as a family. My father is a technical consultant of the company. My mother gritted her teeth and transferred the small shop that had been in operation for nearly 10 years to help me start a business. Every noon, she will insist on cooking delicious meals for our employees. She takes care of the company like her own children and makes every employee feel love and warmth.
"Here, we all have meager salaries, but we are more passionate than any other enterprise, because everyone is fighting for the same goal. At the same time, the leaders of Wuchang District Labor Bureau also visited the company for many times to give guidance and support.
