Graduated from Chemistry Department of Peking University 1987 and assigned to work in Salt Lake Institute. 1995. In 2008, he was awarded the intermediate title and deputy senior middle school. He has participated in national 863 projects such as the Eighth Five-Year Plan, the dynamic research project of brine in Chaerhan Salt Lake, and the industrialization project of magnesium borate whisker with an annual output of 100 tons, and has participated in a number of horizontal cooperation projects with the industry, including cooperation with Yu Tai Potash Co., Ltd. in Jiangcheng, Yunnan Province and cooperation with Kunlun Magnesium Salt Co., Ltd. in Qinghai Province.
