First of all, I don't deny that there are indeed many internal volumes for the sake of volume, which are mainly divided into two categories in universities. One is that we don't have our own ideal goals. We just see everyone rolling, so we can't roll with them. This is blind rolling, passive rolling and fear rolling. This kind of students may not have any lofty ideal goals and strong competitiveness, but they just feel that they can't stay in college for four years. Therefore, I have no choice but to be involved by my classmates every day, and I have become a blind follower on the road of involution. They don't know what to do in college, let alone what to do in the future. They just watch someone run, and although they don't want to, they can only follow. Just like a teacher or school assigns an unreasonable task or homework, students often ridicule, complain or even denounce it first, and then finish the task the next day, which is very funny and true.

The second is a spontaneous and purposeful paper. In the past, the academic environment in many colleges and universities was relatively relaxed, and the requirements for students' grades were not high. College students can also graduate by paddling. With a little effort, they can achieve a major breakthrough and make success easy. It can be said that in the past, the environment of college students' involution has not yet formed, and the pressure of competition has not been effectively transmitted. It's very different now. When most people are in a stress-free environment, motivation will be insufficient. Although the university belongs to the ivory tower, it is also the last step towards society and has a closer relationship with society. If college students don't feel the pressure of involution on campus and can't really find their own coordinates and direction of efforts, they may pay a higher price after entering the society-the wasted time and wasted opportunities of the university need to be made up later and more efforts need to be made. By that time, I believe many people will be more anxious and afraid, and will regret what they did before.

Therefore, under the increasingly severe tone, college students especially need to have a clearer understanding of involution, face it rationally and make scientific choices.
