Since 1978 resumed the college entrance examination, college students have regarded graduate students as the highest pursuit, and they are sure to get the "golden rice" in colleges and universities. In order to improve the quality of the whole nation, under the "merger" of 1998, the higher education after enrollment expansion has changed from "elite education" to "mass education", and the former "favored children" has become an extraordinary group. With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities around the country year by year, the employment problem of college students has become increasingly prominent, especially under the influence of the current global financial crisis. It has also received widespread attention from the Central Committee and the State Council. Looking at the current situation and employment situation of college students in China, in view of the recent social problems, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued a series of preferential policies for college students, encouraging college students to alleviate the social problems of college students' employment in the form of entrepreneurship and grassroots exercise.
