(5) The enrollment batches of students transferred from different majors are different. See attachment 1 for details.
(6) It is recognized by the college where the major to be transferred is located that it is indeed difficult for students to continue their studies in the original major, and it is more beneficial for them to transfer to the next grade.
Second, you are not allowed to change your major.
Students who belong to one of the following circumstances are not allowed to change their major:
(a) from other schools to our school, has been studying in a major in our school;
(2) Mutual adjustment between artistic sports specialty and non-artistic sports specialty;
(3) Students from international business schools apply to transfer to other colleges;
(four) the physiological conditions do not meet the requirements of changing majors;
Three. Application and review procedures
Number of recipients, evaluation time and place of each major.
The unified examination time is: 9: 00 am on September 15 (1Tuesday). Please refer to Annex 1 for the examination place, additional transfer-in conditions and assessment methods: list of transfer-in professional places, acceptance and transfer-out professional admission batches, transfer-in conditions, assessment methods and assessment time of institutions.
(2) The time for students to submit a written application for changing their major.
Each student only fills in one professional volunteer. Students of Grade 20 14 in General College should submit the Application Form for Undergraduates to Change Major in chongqing technology and business university (Attachment 2) to the office of General College in Lanhuahu District (Room 507, Chongde Building) before 9: 00 am on Wednesday, September 9, and students of Grade 20 14 in other colleges should submit it at 9: 00 am on Wednesday, September 9.
(3) Examination of CET-4 scores, awards and special materials.
1 Students who have passed CET-4 in the semester need to provide a copy of CET-4 certificate, and the scores of CET-4 and CET-6 in the second semester can be found on the inquiry website.
(5) transfer to the college for assessment.
1. School handover time: Before the morning of September 1 Monday (1Monday) 12: 00, the Academic Affairs Office will send the list of students who meet the admission requirements of various majors and annex 2 to the college for review, and at the same time publish the relevant information of the handover assessment students on the website of the Academic Affairs Office.
2. proportion of filing: the school files according to the proportion of 1.2 times of the number of places received by a major. If the number of applicants who meet the requirements for changing majors is less than 65438+ 0.2 times of the admission quota, the actual number of applicants is the number of students participating in the assessment; If the number of applicants who meet the requirements for changing majors exceeds 1.2 times the admission quota, the list of participants shall be determined according to the average grade point score from high to low, and those with the same average grade point score shall be sorted according to the average grade point score of CET-4 from high to low.
3. An assessment leading group should be set up to participate in the transfer work, and students should be assessed at 9: 00 am on September 15 (Tuesday 1 week), and the list of students to be admitted should be put forward, and the Statistical Table of Students to be Enrolled in chongqing technology and business university Undergraduate Program should be filled in (Annex 4). And before 5: 00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, submit the paper documents of Annex 4 and Annex 2 to the Academic Affairs Office (Houde Building 2008 Office) and send them to jianghe@ctbu.edu.cn by e-mail, and submit the original materials of sub-items and total scores to the Academic Affairs Office for filing.

After the approval of the school, the list of students to be transferred to major will be announced on September 18 (Friday of the first week); On September 2 1 day (Monday of the second week), the school official confirmed it below.
Make-up exam and demotion to major
1. On the basis of soliciting the opinions of transferring colleges, the Academic Affairs Office will publicize the list of the first batch of transferred majors, and at the same time announce the places for re-recording of various majors, and accept students' applications for re-recording and demotion to major.
2. Students can fill in the "Application Form for the Second Batch of Major Transfer" (see Annex 5) before Tuesday, September 22nd 16: 00, and submit it to the Academic Affairs Office of the College before September 22nd 17: 00. The major transfer college will inform the students of the admission conditions, assessment methods, time and place.
3. All transfer-out colleges and universities agree that students should apply for re-enrollment and drop their majors under the premise of not exceeding the transfer-out ratio of each major.
4. After transferring to the college to assess the students, put forward the recommended admission list, fill in the Statistical Table of the Second Batch of Undergraduate Admission in chongqing technology and business university (Annex 6), and submit Annex 5 and all Annexes 6 to the Academic Affairs Office before Wednesday, September 23 17: 00, and confirm them below after the school announces them.
Four. any other business
(a) in accordance with the principle of "more refunds and less subsidies", transfer students should make up the difference in tuition fees for new majors before they can enroll in new majors;
(2) The student ID card of the transfer major student shall be replaced in time by the student himself in accordance with the relevant regulations and procedures of the school, but the student number assigned at the time of admission remains unchanged;
(3) Whether or not to change dormitories for students who have transferred to a new major shall be coordinated by the transfer-in and transfer-out colleges and solved under the guidance of the Political and Educational Affairs Office.
(4) Courses with the same course name, credits and teaching content before and after major transfer are directly loaded into the student status file of major transfer; Offset, exemption and make-up courses (freshmen will no longer offer make-up courses, but the total credit structure needs to meet the requirements of changing majors) shall be handled in accordance with the procedures and regulations in Appendix 7 "Application Form for the Recognition of Changing Major Courses in chongqing technology and business university". Otherwise, it may affect their normal graduation.
(5) Textbook-related matters: those who apply for changing majors and are admitted to new majors will be enrolled in new classes. Once booked online in advance, the booking fee will not be refunded; Therefore, it is suggested that students of Grade 20 14 who intend to apply for a major change should not order textbooks on the "Bright Future Textbook Online Platform" for the time being, but can check whether there are corresponding textbooks at the on-site ordering point set up by textbook suppliers on September 2 1-30 (excluding holidays) or purchase textbooks by other means.
(6) The Academic Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Office, the Finance Office, the Digital Campus Construction and Management Center and related colleges should promptly do a good job in the notification of students' transfer in and out, tuition payment, student file transfer, student registration change, student registration adjustment, course selection adjustment, card replacement, etc., and transfer them to the college and the Academic Affairs Office for confirmation, and then transfer them to professional students to make up lessons to ensure students' normal study and successful completion of their studies.
