Kennan University (KNU) is a private university located in Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan Province Province, adjacent to Taoyuan International Airport. It was founded in 2000 and has been reorganized since 2006.
It was founded by alumni of Kenan Business Engineering with the alumni fund accumulated for many years. In the initial stage, we cooperated with Taoyuan county government, water conservancy association and other units to obtain school land and carry out campus construction. After nearly ten years of preparation and overcoming many difficulties, we formally enrolled students in 2000. Due to excellent professional teachers and the pursuit of excellent teaching.
The school's achievements have been well evaluated by the university evaluation and affirmed by many aspects of society. Therefore, it was agreed to change its name to Kennan University. Kennan University Student Self-government Association is a student self-government organization established according to the University Law. Under the leadership of the tenth president Xu Chaozhi, drafted by Executive Secretary Gao, a student autonomy charter committee was convened, and the student autonomy charter of Kenan University was reviewed and passed. According to its regulations, the student self-government association has three organs: the educational administration center (student union), the student parliament and the student arbitration institute.
