When I was a freshman, I joined two clubs, the University Student Union and the Debate Team. Next semester, under the introduction of the writing teacher, I will help the teachers of the school employment office write some press releases, papers, speeches and so on. In my sophomore year, I became the editor-in-chief of a literary club and the director of another club department. Later, I quit the club (the reason will be discussed later). Because of the joint department, I changed from a minister to a deputy department. The debate team made a group of precious friends, and I got a lot of practical writing skills when I was employed in school.

I have contracted a four-year first-class scholarship to our university, and the comprehensive quality evaluation (our school has a grade point plus a certificate and other grade points) ranks first every year. I won a national inspirational scholarship once, and the class teacher said to give the opportunity to others, but I didn't fight for it. There is no need to tear your face off with others for such a thing, because you never know who may help you in the future.

Levels 4 and 6 are all passed at one time. Although the results are not high, but also very satisfied. The scores of professional courses did not fall below the top three in the class. I have won some awards at the national, provincial, municipal and university levels, but I am not ashamed of my major.

At least I have been in love once. Although it is short and not as beautiful as I thought, it is also related to my own work.

Today, I skipped the first class. Recently, I get up at five o'clock every day and go to bed very late at night. My physiological period protested with me, so I made my university complete.

I have never failed a course, and there is no so-called low grade drift. My classmates say I am a bully, but I just play and learn.

I took a part-time job and earned a new mobile phone for myself (my previous mobile phone was stolen, so I was embarrassed to add burden to my family, so I went to find a job myself).

Most people will say, I want to exercise myself. In fact, students' unions and societies are divided into many departments, and only a few departments can really exercise themselves. Of course, most of the seniors and sisters you see stick to the end, except those who are truly capable. Persistence is also the most important part of a person's ability.

I also want to exercise myself before joining the student union and clubs. Senior and senior told me not to go because it was not as good as I expected. But I am a stubborn and competitive person and always want to know until I try, so if you insist on exercising yourself, I won't discourage you.

Probably tell you about the departments of the student union and the community, for reference only, after all, every school will be different.

1. About the difference between university student union and school student union

The student union only belongs to the college department and the school department, so the management is stricter than the club. Each community can change departments and streamline personnel according to actual needs, but students' union can't.

Basically, one student union department corresponds to one school department. For example, the Employment Department corresponds to the Graduate Employment Office and the Propaganda Department corresponds to the Youth League Committee. The college student union is similar to the school student union, corresponding to different college leaders and counselors.

So, what's the difference between a university student union and a school student union?

As can be seen from the situation I just introduced, the students in our school have more contact with the school leaders, and the students in our school have more contact with the school leaders (of course, this depends on the department, and I will talk about it in detail later).

From the perspective of self-cultivation, there are more students in the school, because the students in the school come into contact with all kinds of elites in society and cows you can't imagine (this was gradually discovered when I helped write in the graduate employment office later). However, the colleges that students come into contact with are quite complicated, but if they are 2 1 1 985 schools, some teachers in the colleges are already big cows in the industry and can learn a lot.

From the utilitarian point of view, the student union is better.

If you are familiar with the teachers in the hospital, your evaluation will be easier than others. When I applied for a national scholarship in my second year of high school, a sister in my class touched her conscience and said that my hard work index was really not worse than her, but she was from the learning department, much better than someone who exhibited art boards all day in the propaganda department and stayed away from teachers. Basically all the school leaders know her. However, when the hard objects are similar, the spell at this time is popularity.

The basic school student union and the college student union have their own advantages, but the school student union is also responsible for leading the student unions of the secondary colleges, so the department heads of the general school student union are juniors, while the college students are basically sophomores.

2. those things about various departments

Editorial Department: It is mainly responsible for sorting out press releases of various activities and conferences, sorting out photos of activities and updating the official Weibo, WeChat and Space.

Propaganda Department: Mainly responsible for drawing publicity panels for each activity. I belong to this department, and I mainly like drawing, but this is the least contact with teachers and the most opaque existence. My evaluation has nothing to do with me in the student union, it is entirely based on my achievements and awards, and the awards are basically not in the college. Later, it merged with the editorial department and was renamed the news propaganda department)

External relations department: those who are mainly responsible for sponsorship, academic marketing and academic management can consider adding, but the sponsorship of each department is generally done by themselves, and only large-scale activities in the courtyard will be done by the external relations department.

Organization department: responsible for holding various league classes to prevent league members.

Learning department: the department responsible for attendance at large and small activities, attending classes at ordinary times and self-study in the morning and evening. (The posture should be normal. Many officers in the learning department always feel that they are superior and will pull hatred. )

Employment Department: It will be very busy in June and July to help teachers deal with some things related to graduates' employment, but students will also be very busy, and some departments have even been very busy.

Life department: responsible for sleeping and girls' day. At the beginning, we also had a girls' department in charge of girls' day activities, which was later merged into one department. )

Department of Psychology: Organize some psychological activity education and some matters of psychological investigation of college students. (basically related to freshmen)

Sports Department: Generally speaking, it is the department that has won the most awards in the student union in the school sports activities and sports festivals in the past year.

Practice Department: It mainly depends on what activities the minister organizes. What is fixed is the annual summer social practice (taught in our school).

Basically, these departments have it. If there is anything missing, I will make it up.

1. Club Department: It's basically the same as the Student Union, but different clubs focus on different things. For example, the literary society focuses on the editorial department, so the press release is separated and handed over to the reporter department for writing.

2. How many clubs should I join?

The club is partial to interest. Basically, in addition to self-sponsorship, the funds for club activities are membership fees paid by members, so when recruiting new students, seniors and sisters are very enthusiastic.

The society will hold regular meetings. There are more than 40 societies in our school, such as literature society, electronic science and technology society, animation society and so on. Always get together for meetings. At that time, two clubs were added, and I couldn't wait to split myself in half when I held a regular meeting. And all kinds of activities are too busy.

Activities basically require members to do, but you can join various clubs without joining, as long as you have acquaintances in that club, so if you have a club that you particularly want to go to, you can leave your roommate and sign up for a different club.

1. In college, it is definitely wrong to just take part in study. Maybe you haven't learned much in clubs and student unions, but your interpersonal skills can still be improved (recently my friends call me a social butterfly every day).

2. If you are confused, you might as well go to club activities and hang out in the student union instead of playing games, masturbating and watching Korean dramas in the dormitory.

If you want to cancel the bill, you'd better take part in more activities. If you are famous, your girlfriend and boyfriend will be worried (depending on your face, of course) ~

In clubs and student unions, the most important thing to get ahead is persistence. When I entered the department as a freshman, there were more than a dozen people. At the end of last semester, there are only a few people left. Next semester, there are only two people left, me and Goddess. When I was a freshman, there were actually a lot of people in the association. By the time of the change, there were more than a dozen people in the deputy department of each department. So it's easy to get ahead.

If you can't bear hardships, don't add them. Freshmen and sophomores often finish an activity at 9: 00 pm, and go back to write an activity summary and press release at night (the deadline is the same day). It's normal to sleep at one or two in the evening. There was a time when I stayed up late to write an activity plan, and when I closed my dormitory and was scolded to death by my aunt. So if you are afraid of being tired into a dog, don't enter.
