Tongji University Freshmen College Undergraduate Scholarship Evaluation Rules 20265438-2022

In order to encourage students to study hard, make progress, and promote their all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor, these rules are formulated according to the requirements of Tongji University Undergraduate Award Management Measures, Tongji University Undergraduate Scholarship Evaluation Rules, Tongji University Undergraduate National Scholarship Evaluation Rules, Tongji University Undergraduate National Inspirational Scholarship Evaluation Rules and Tongji University Undergraduate Social Activity Scholarship Evaluation Rules, combined with the actual situation of our college.

First, the reward object and reward standard

Reward objects and reward standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Evaluation of Various Undergraduate Scholarships of Tongji University.

Second, the award conditions

(1) basic conditions

1. Comply with the relevant reward conditions in the Administrative Measures for Undergraduate Awards of Tongji University and the detailed rules for scholarship evaluation of Tongji University;

2. In the participating academic year, the total score of Tongji University freshmen's all-round development "Five Education" training evaluation plan exceeded 80 points (including 80 points).

(II) In the participating school year, under any of the following circumstances, the school scholarship evaluation team identified and reported to the freshman scholarship evaluation leading group for the record, and could not participate in the awards or lower the level of an award:

1. It is stipulated in the Administrative Measures for Undergraduate Awards of Tongji University and the Detailed Rules for Evaluating Various Scholarships of Tongji University that you cannot participate in the awards or lower the level of an award;

2. Other circumstances in which the school believes that it cannot participate in the awards or lower the award level.

Third, the reward method

In addition to undergraduate social activity scholarships, the evaluation of new university scholarships adopts the comprehensive evaluation method. The comprehensive score is 1 10, of which academic performance accounts for 100, and second-class performance accounts for 10. See annex 1 for the specific calculation method.

Undergraduate social activity scholarships comprehensively participate in the evaluation of academic year-related achievements, social practice, voluntary public welfare, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Fourth, the review organization

The establishment of Tongji University Freshmen Scholarship Evaluation Leading Group is responsible for the evaluation of Freshmen Scholarships. It is composed of the person in charge of student work, the vice principal in charge of teaching, the counselor, the class teacher and the representatives of the academic staff.

Each school establishes a scholarship evaluation team, which is responsible for the evaluation of all kinds of scholarships in the school, and is composed of the executive dean of the school, the vice president of the school, counselors, educational administrators, second-year counselors of professional colleges in the class, class teachers and student representatives.

Verb (short for verb) review process

1. All kinds of scholarships of Tongji University Freshmen College are evaluated once every academic year, and the evaluation work adheres to the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and merit-based;

2. Before the end of September each year, undergraduate colleges provide courses, elective credits, passing credits, average grade points, etc. Take each student's participation in the school year as the basic content of the award;

3. Students are required to provide supplementary certification materials for Class II achievements within the specified time notified by colleges and schools, subject to the official award certificate. The visa time must be before July 20, 2022 (including July 20, the transfer time between freshmen and professional colleges). Overdue is regarded as automatic waiver (class II basic grades need not be submitted);

4. The leading group for the evaluation of freshmen's scholarships and the scholarship evaluation groups of each school shall determine the list of students to be awarded each award and publicize it according to the allocation of scholarships, the ranking of students' academic achievements and the comprehensive ranking.

5. After publicity without objection, report to the school for review according to procedures.
