Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), in line with the enrollment principle of "fair competition, fair selection, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and merit-based admission", combined with the actual enrollment situation in 20 13 years.
Article 2 The Articles of Association is the basic way for Tianjin Medical University to announce the enrollment policies, regulations and related information to the society, and it is also the basic basis for Tianjin Medical University to carry out enrollment work and recruit new students.

Tianjin Medical College, the predecessor of Tianjin Medical University, was founded in 195 1. It is the first medical school approved by the State Council after the founding of New China. Professor Zhu, a famous endocrinologist and medical educator, served as the first dean. 1994 Tianjin Medical College and Tianjin Second Medical College merged to form Tianjin Medical University. The current party secretary of the school is Professor Zhang Lianyun, and the principal is Professor Yongfeng Shang, an academician of China Academy of Sciences. The school takes research university as its development goal and builds a multidisciplinary medical university with medicine as its core and life science as its main support. Tianjin Medical University is the earliest medical college approved by the state to pilot the eight-year program, and it is also one of the first 15 colleges to pilot the seven-year program. Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Charging Standards
Article 6 Schools shall formulate enrollment plans for 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in 20 13 according to the development scale, school conditions, subject development, student source status and social needs, and send them to the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government within the specified time according to the specific enrollment majors and enrollment numbers approved by the Ministry of Education, and make them public; At the same time, it will be announced to the public through other means.
Article 7 The charging standard for undergraduate course is 4,000 yuan/student/year, and the charging standard for stomatology (undergraduate master training) is charged according to the charging standard of Tianjin University during the study period, and the charging standard for junior college (higher vocational college) is 5,000 yuan/student/year; According to different accommodation conditions, the accommodation fee is 600- 1000 yuan/year. The charging standards shall be announced by the admissions offices of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government with the enrollment plan; If the government adjusts the tuition standard of that year, the standard set by the government shall prevail.

Chapter IV Access Rules
Eighth school enrollment work follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection and open procedures; To implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the relevant provisions promulgated by the articles of association; Taking the candidates' wishes and the results of the college entrance examination as the main admission basis, taking into account the comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and selecting the best candidates. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all sectors of society.
Article 9 Institutions of higher learning shall give priority to the admission of volunteers. In other words, first line up according to the volunteer order of the colleges and universities reported by the candidates, and then enroll the first candidate who applied for our school from high score to low score. Only when the number of the first volunteer candidates in the same batch of minimum control lines announced by provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions is less than the enrollment plan, the second volunteer candidates will be admitted, and so on. All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government in parallel volunteer shall implement the relevant policies of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.
Article 10 The principle of major admission is to give priority to scores. That is, first line up according to the high score to the low score, then line up according to the queuing order, from the high score to the low score, and according to the professional volunteer order reported by the candidates. If the candidate's first professional volunteer does not reach the admission score of this major, it depends on whether the candidate's second professional volunteer reaches the admission score, and so on until the last professional volunteer. Candidates who have not accepted their professional volunteers and reached the admission score of our school will be transferred to a minor course for professional adjustment; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed. There is no grade difference among professional volunteers.
Eleventh provincial and municipal admission principles of multi-evaluation selection model.
First, in the admission of Jiangsu province, the rule of grading first and then filing is implemented to decide whether to admit and file a major. The selected subjects and scores shall be subject to the contents announced in the enrollment plan.

In the admission to Tianjin, candidates who have obtained 8 subjects A (hereinafter referred to as "8A") in Tianjin ordinary high school academic level examination can be given priority to major admission, if they rank 65,438+00% in colleges and universities. In the admission of Tianjin, if the candidates have the same scores in the college entrance examination, they shall refer to the scores of the ordinary high school academic level examination and the comprehensive quality evaluation in turn. If the test scores of the candidates' academic level are the same as the comprehensive quality evaluation results, they will refer to the test scores of the academic level in turn, that is, the liberal arts candidates will refer to the test scores of chemistry, biology, mathematics and physics in turn; Science candidates refer to the academic level test scores of Chinese, politics, history and geography in turn. When comparing the scores of candidates in the high school level examination, first compare the number of A-level students, if the number of A-level students is the same, then compare the number of B-level students, and so on. When evaluating the comprehensive quality of candidates, the evaluation is based on the comprehensive comparison between academic (including academic performance and course learning) and non-academic (including moral quality, social practice, community service and award-winning situation). 〕

Article 12 Admission of candidates with policy bonus points shall follow the principle of localization management of candidates stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and implement the bonus points policy and admission regulations formulated by the admissions committees of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located. Sports specialty students must pass the school interview exam. Clinical medicine (continuous training of undergraduate masters), stomatology (continuous training of undergraduate masters), clinical medicine (medical imaging direction) and clinical medicine majors are admitted according to the candidates' original college entrance examination results without considering any extra points on the premise of students' all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique.
Thirteenth under the same conditions, priority will be given to candidates who have won the honorary titles of provincial outstanding students, outstanding student cadres, three excellent students and other candidates with high scores in other professional related subjects.

Article 15 After the new students enter the school, the school will re-examine the qualifications and physical health status of the candidates, and the candidates who cheat and fail to meet the standards will be dealt with according to the Regulations on Student Management of Tianjin Medical University.
Sixteenth public foreign language courses for non-English majors are all in English, and candidates in minority languages should fill them out carefully. Candidates who apply for English major must take a unified oral English test and pass it. There are gender restrictions in nursing specialty. Generally, all provinces only recruit girls, and some provinces only recruit boys who volunteer as the first major.
Seventeenth candidates who apply for the school and meet the admission conditions, after the examination of the provincial and municipal admissions authorities, will be issued an admission notice by the school, and the admission notice will be sent by express mail.

Chapter V Follow-up Management
Eighteenth freshmen in accordance with the provisions of the national enrollment, with the admission notice, according to the relevant requirements of the school and the prescribed time limit for admission procedures. Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 22 The Articles of Association is only applicable to the enrollment of undergraduate and junior college students (higher vocational colleges) for 20 13 years.
Article 23 The Articles of Association shall be examined and approved by the School Admissions Committee and submitted to the higher authorities for review.
Article 24 The Admissions Office of Tianjin Medical University shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.
Twenty-fifth in the process of enrollment consultation, the opinions and suggestions of our school consultants are only used as a reference for candidates to fill in their volunteers, not as a basis and commitment for school admission.
Article 26 If there is any conflict between the previous requirements and regulations of the school on enrollment and these Articles of Association, these Articles of Association shall prevail.
