The logistics department is responsible for the macro-management and coordination of student accommodation and the formulation of student accommodation bed allocation scheme and adjustment scheme; Each college (department) is responsible for the specific allocation and adjustment of accommodation beds; The property management department is responsible for the daily management of student accommodation; The security office is responsible for guiding, supervising and checking the safety of students' accommodation; The finance department is responsible for the collection of accommodation fees and the settlement of related expenses; The Student Affairs Office, the Youth League Committee, the Graduate School Office and various colleges (departments) are responsible for the ideological education of students.
