Introduction to the Institute of Navigation College of Jimei University
With the continuous development and application of computer technology, satellite communication technology and information processing and exchange technology, ship-aided navigation technology has developed rapidly and has become the mainstream direction in the research field of maritime safety navigation technology. The research results and popularization and application of ship-aided navigation technology have developed rapidly. IMO (International Maritime Organization) and IALA (International Association of Navigation Aids) continue to promote the research and construction of new navigation AIDS systems, technologies and related standards, such as VTS, AIS, electronic navigation and E-ANSI. Facing the actual needs of the development of ship-aided technology at home and abroad in the industry, the Institute of Ship-aided Technology keeps up with the latest standards and technical specifications of international organizations such as IMO, IALA and IHO, and makes full use of the scientific research results obtained. Through subject research, technological innovation, product operation and application and promotion of scientific research results, it has undertaken many subjects and carried out many academic research work in the field of ship auxiliary technology research. For example, the navigation mark information system based on 3G and Internet technology, the development of navigation mark telemetry and remote control management platform, the development and application of Xiamen Bay real-time navigation mark information publishing system, AIS base station server and its * * * shared publishing platform, and the preliminary research of navigation mark three-dimensional information management and decision support system. , published dozens of related academic papers, obtained 8 EI retrieval papers, and won 2 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. An electronic chart GIS system with independent intellectual property rights and conforming to IHO S-57/52 standard has been developed, and functions such as data analysis, data editing, symbol making, hierarchical display and spatial analysis have been realized. * * We have cooperated with Xiamen Navigation Aids Office of Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration for many years, and made important contributions to the information construction of navigation AIDS in China, which was fully affirmed by the national maritime department and became the technical support unit of the Navigation Aids Technology Research Center (South) of Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration.

2. Main research results

In recent years, in the field of logistics, he has mainly undertaken the feasibility study of Xiamen's construction of a logistics base to Taiwan, the knowledge-based automatic stowage mechanism of container ships, the countermeasures of Xiamen's construction of an international container hub port, the feasibility study of Xiamen's construction of a world stone trade logistics center, and the optimization theory and method of dynamic alliance construction based on supply chain network, and published more than 50 papers on logistics in various academic journals.

Maritime traffic safety is an important part of national economic security, an eternal goal of the international community, maritime authorities of various countries and shipping enterprises, and one of the most important research topics for maritime colleges at home and abroad. With the continuous application of high-tech achievements such as network technology, communication technology and microelectronics technology in the field of maritime traffic, the safety situation of maritime traffic has been greatly improved. However, there is still a big gap between China and foreign countries in the level of prevention and control of maritime traffic safety risks. With the rapid development of China's economy, maritime transportation is facing the situation of a sharp increase in the number of ships, a complex maritime navigation environment, and frequent pirate hijackings. The new situation facing maritime traffic puts forward higher requirements for maritime traffic safety, and the whole society has a set of theories on maritime traffic safety.

According to the actual needs of the development of maritime traffic safety technology at home and abroad, the Institute of Maritime Traffic Safety is mainly engaged in the research of traffic safety technology and key technologies of emergency response. He has accumulated certain research experience in the technical field of maritime traffic safety, carried out research work on scientific research projects such as ship dynamic supervision, intelligent video supervision, ship safety risk assessment and aviation standard cloth, and published nearly 100 related academic papers, among which more than one national 863 project was included by SCI, EI, ISTP, etc. 10 won the third prize of national satellite navigation and positioning scientific and technological progress.

Its research direction is:

Management method and guarantee technology of maritime traffic safety

Navigation environment planning and evaluation technology

Marine traffic safety assessment and ship safety risk assessment technology

Emergency disposal technology and coordinated linkage decision-making technology for maritime emergencies

Linkage technology between maritime ship traffic supervision and emergency response
