I. Training objectives
(A) the overall goal

(2) Basic requirements
1. Second, the study period and time schedule
1. The study period is generally two and a half years.
2. With the consent of the tutor group, students can finish their credits, defend their thesis and graduate early. Graduation certificates and degree certificates are issued according to the time set by the relevant departments of the Provincial Department of Education.
3. The first three semesters of postgraduate study at school are the course study time, and the fourth and fifth semesters are the teaching practice, social research, thesis writing and defense time. If you can't reply on time, you can apply for retaining the qualification of reply and degree application and go through the relevant formalities, but you should complete your studies within four years, according to the Regulations on the Management of Postgraduate Student Status of Anhui University of Finance.
Third, the research direction
The Master of Economic Law focuses on market regulation law, macro-control law, enterprise and company law.
1. Market regulation method
This direction mainly studies the general principles of market regulation law, anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition system, consumer protection system, product liability system and other legal issues. To train professional talents of state organs engaged in theoretical research, teaching and economic legislation and implementation in this field.
2. Macro-control law
This direction mainly studies the general theory of macro-control law, as well as the legal problems of the use of national economic control means such as fiscal and taxation system, financial system, securities system and industrial policy. Cultivate professionals engaged in scientific research, teaching, national economic management and economic legislation related to macro-control law.
3. Enterprise and Company Law
This direction mainly studies the general theories and related specific systems of enterprise law and company law, including the theories and legal systems of state investment and state-owned enterprises, state-owned companies and cooperatives, and studies the legal ways to establish a modern enterprise system. Cultivate professionals engaged in the teaching of corporate law, scientific research, national economic management, corporate legal counsel, etc.
Fourth, the cultivation methods and methods
The tutorial system is implemented in postgraduate training, and the "two-way choice" between teachers and students is carried out within two months after the graduate students enter school, and the tutor is determined for each graduate student. After the instructor is determined, it is necessary to make a personal training plan for each graduate student, which is approved by the tutor group and reported to the college and graduate department for the record.
The training methods and methods of graduate students should adhere to the principle of diversification, and give full play to the leading role of graduate tutors and the collective guiding role of tutors as a whole academic group; At the same time, in the process of training, we should actively play the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of graduate students' personal learning. The study of specialized courses for graduate students should be research-based learning under the guidance of tutors. In order to cultivate research ability, various ways should be adopted, such as systematic course study and scientific research, lectures and discussions, and the combination of in-class teaching and extracurricular practice. It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation and training of postgraduate practical ability and scientific research ability. At the same time, it is necessary to strictly assess, establish and improve the incentive and elimination system, and ensure the quality of postgraduate training.
