1. Enrollment items: track and field, volleyball (female)
2. Enrollment plan: a total of 38 people. The number of enrollment plans for each event or place (by gender) is 0-2, and volleyball events are no more than 6. See table 1 for details of the registration items (locations) in 2020.
The school enrollment work leading group will determine the number of students admitted to each project (location) according to the student source and examination situation, and individual projects without suitable students will not be enrolled.
Second, the registration conditions
Registration for the 2020 college entrance examination is completed in the place where the students come from, and there is no record of cheating or violation of discipline in various examinations, competitions and other activities. Only those who meet one of the following conditions and the competition results meet the additional requirements of our school's special scores can register (see table 1 for details):
1. Graduated from senior secondary education school, obtained the certificate of national second-class athlete (inclusive) or above, and won the top six volleyball players or the top three track and field events in high school (inclusive);
2. Have the equivalent educational level of graduating from senior secondary education, have obtained the certificate of national first-class athletes (inclusive) or above, or have won the top eight main players in national or international volleyball competitions in the past three years.

Note: Candidates should hold the athlete's technical grade certificate consistent with the sports they apply for (track and field events must be strictly corresponding); If the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the candidate is located organizes a unified test for the enrollment of high-level sports teams, the candidate must participate in and pass the test; Games that meet the additional conditions of special achievements should generally be top-level events or related events with grade certificates approved by the sports authorities at or above the provincial level.
Third, the registration method
Candidates must first register online within a limited time. After successful online registration, mail the relevant registration materials as required.
1. Register online.
From now until June 65438+1October1June 2020 12:00, candidates will enter the special enrollment registration platform for the sunshine college entrance examination (/zzbm/gspydbm/) for online registration. Click "Register Account". After successful registration, click "Register Login", enter the registered user name and password, enter the "Registration of High-level Sports Teams", fill in the contents as required on the "Fill in Personal Information" page, select China Ocean University on the "Volunteer Management" page, and fill in all volunteer information and confirm.
2. Mail the registration materials
From now until June 65438+1October 65438+April, candidates will send their application materials to the Undergraduate Admissions Office of China Ocean University by SF Express or EMS (they must be sent before June 65438+1October 65438+April 2020, subject to receipt of the postmark. The address is No.238 Songling Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, and the postal code is 26665438.
The application materials include:
(1) China Ocean University 2020 High-level Sports Team Registration Form (downloaded and printed by Sunshine College Entrance Examination Registration System);
(2) A copy of the athlete's grade certificate;
(3) A copy of the competition order book, achievement book (whole book) and achievement certificate at or above the provincial level that meet the registration requirements;
(4) Certificate of academic qualifications (certificate issued by the school where the recent graduates are located, and copy of graduation certificate provided by previous graduates);
(5) a copy of the college entrance examination registration information confirmation form;
(6) a copy of the ID card;
(7) Volleyball candidates are required to submit official competition video discs that can prove their sports level. The video should be longer than 15 minutes, and the color and number of candidates' jerseys should be indicated on the non-burning side of the CD.
Except the video of the competition, all materials required for registration are printed on A4 paper. Incomplete materials will not be accepted. All materials are kept by the candidates themselves and will not be returned.
Fourth, the selection method
(a) review the application materials
The school will review the application materials received, screen the candidates according to their sports specific level and the registration conditions of various events, and publish the list of candidates who participated in the special test on our undergraduate enrollment information network (/) before June 5438+1October 20, and the candidates need to confirm whether to participate in the test as required.
(2) Sports special tests and cultural tests

Required documents: recent one-inch bareheaded photos (two), ID card, personal accident insurance form (purchased in advance), copy of the college entrance examination registration information confirmation form, and original sports achievement certificate (athlete grade certificate, order book, achievement book and achievement certificate) that meets the registration requirements.

3. Cultural examination
Candidates who have obtained the certificates of first-class athletes, athletes and international athletes may apply for taking cultural examinations organized by the State Sports General Administration. Candidates should log on to "China Sports Culture Education Network" or "Sports Education Alliance APP" to register independently and pay fees (the registration time is from February 1 to March 1 in 2020). Registration time is March 1 to March 10, 2020). Candidates must print the admission ticket on time according to the system prompt time, and take the cultural examination on time according to the test sites on the admission ticket. Other candidates are required to take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities.

Our school will comprehensively consider the candidates' competition results, athletes' technical level, sports special test results, cultural test results, school needs and other factors, and rank them according to events, gender and participating events (locations), and select the best candidates for high-level sports teams in 2020. After being publicized on the undergraduate enrollment information network of our university, it will be reported to the relevant departments for the record and reported to the information platform of "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" of the Ministry of Education for publicity.

1. For qualified candidates who take the special test for the unified examination, the cultural scores of the college entrance examination must reach the second batch of undergraduate admission control scores specified by the admissions office of the province where the students are located, and the admission requirements of the college entrance examination cultural scores can be reduced to 65% of the second batch of undergraduate admission control scores, and the number of such candidates shortlisted for publicity shall not exceed 30% of the enrollment plan of the high-level sports teams of the school in that year (the provinces where the undergraduate batches are merged and the pilot provinces for college entrance examination reform shall be subject to the policies of the local provincial enrollment examination institutions).
2. For athletes who take the separate entrance examination for cultural courses, their scores are not lower than the minimum line of cultural courses uniformly stipulated by sports training majors, and our school will go through the admission procedures according to the regulations of the provinces where students study. The number of candidates admitted in this way in our school does not exceed 20% of the enrollment plan of high-level sports teams in that year.
3. Candidates who have passed the special physical education test in our school and need to take the college entrance examination have priority to sign up for the college entrance examination and fill in the relevant professional volunteers as required. If the results of the college entrance examination meet the prescribed standards, our school will determine the admission list and go through the admission procedures according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the province where the students are located.

According to the documents of the Ministry of Education, candidates who have been identified as cheating in the special sports test or cultural test for the enrollment of high-level sports teams, and candidates who have obtained the enrollment qualification of high-level sports teams by providing false identification (or proof) materials, once found and verified, will be disqualified from applying for and enrolling high-level athletes in that year, and the relevant provincial enrollment examination departments will record the irregularities of candidates in their electronic files of college entrance examination integrity; Those who have been admitted will be disqualified.
2. Candidates are required to sign a "Commitment Letter for Accepting Doping Testing and Not Using Doping". Candidates who refuse to sign a letter of commitment or accept doping tests are deemed to have voluntarily given up their testing qualifications. Our school will conduct doping sampling inspection on candidates as appropriate, and strictly investigate and deal with serious cheating such as taking stimulants.
3. Students admitted by high-level sports teams should accept the dual management of their departments and sports teams. They should not only complete their professional learning tasks according to the professional training plan, but also earnestly fulfill their obligations to participate in training and competitions. The school will assess the participation of sports team students in training and competition as additional compulsory credits.
4. Physical examination standards for high-level sports teams shall be implemented in China Ocean University in 2020.
