Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant policies and regulations of Zhejiang Education Department and Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute in order to standardize the comprehensive evaluation of enrollment, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates and schools, and ensure the smooth progress of enrollment.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to all Zhejiang candidates who take the 20 17 "Trinity" comprehensive evaluation entrance examination of Zhejiang Ocean University.
Article 3 Zhejiang Ocean University's "Trinity" comprehensive evaluation enrollment strictly abides by the relevant policies and regulations of Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute, implements the admission mechanism of "the school is responsible and the provincial enrollment department supervises", and strictly follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Chapter II General Situation of Schools
Article 4 Zhejiang Ocean University is a university established by the State Oceanic Administration and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. Chapter III Organizational Structure
Article 7 The leading group for the trinity comprehensive evaluation of enrollment in schools is responsible for studying and deciding the trinity comprehensive evaluation of enrollment, and consists of an office, an assessment group (including an expert committee), a supervision group and a guarantee group, which are responsible for the implementation of relevant specific work.
Article 8 The Office of the Leading Group for Trinity Comprehensive Evaluation of Enrollment is subordinate to the Admissions and Employment Guidance Office. It is a permanent institution organized by the school to implement the Trinity Comprehensive Evaluation of Enrollment, and is responsible for coordinating and handling the daily affairs of the Trinity Comprehensive Evaluation of Enrollment. The examination group (including the expert Committee) is subordinate to the academic affairs office; The monitoring group belongs to the monitoring room; The security group is led by the Infrastructure Logistics Management Office, with the participation of the Propaganda Department, Security Department, Planning and Finance Department, Youth League Committee, Information Construction and Management Center and other departments.

Chapter V Conditions and Measures for Applying for the Examination
Tenth 20 17 candidates who have passed the unified entrance examination for colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province and whose comprehensive quality evaluation is Grade B (Grade P for previous students) and above can apply for the exam if they meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Academic proficiency test (senior high school entrance examination) (previous students' "general technology" and "information technology" are higher, excluding optional integration) Four or more subjects are A, and the rest subjects are D (previous students are C) and above.
(2) Candidates who have two or more subjects in the previous students' academic level examination (senior high school entrance examination) ("general technology" and "information technology", whichever is higher, excluding optional comprehensive), and whose scores in other subjects are A (previous students' C) and above, and meet one of the following special conditions (only the following awards):
1. Discipline competition category: In the high school stage, he won the third prize and above in the provincial-level competition in the national middle school students' discipline Olympic competition (including the national high school mathematics league, the Chinese physics Olympic competition, the national high school students' chemistry competition, the national provincial informatics Olympic competition and the national middle school students' biology league).
2. Science and technology innovation: in the high school stage, the first author won the third prize at the provincial level or above in the national youth science and technology innovation competition (including the national youth biological and environmental science practice activities) or the national primary and secondary school computer production activities, or won the third prize or above in the national "Little Scientist Tomorrow" activity; Or get an invention patent (excluding appearance patent and utility model patent) authorized by the first inventor in high school.
3. Language and literature specialty: the first author in high school officially published a literary monograph or won the third prize or above in the national composition contest (including the final of the "Ye Shengtao Cup" national middle school students' new composition contest, the national new concept composition contest and the national primary and secondary school students' innovative composition contest); Or won the prize or above in the national innovative English composition competition in high school; Or won the third prize and above in the national middle school English proficiency competition in high school.
4. Artistic expertise: participated in the artistic expertise test of music and dance (vocal music, instrumental music and dance) and fine arts (calligraphy, painting, photography and design) organized by Zhejiang Education Department, and obtained the A-level certificate.
5. Sports specialty category: obtain the national second-class athlete and above certificate; Or in the high school stage, he won the top 6 in the Zhejiang Middle School Sports Meeting and the Zhejiang Middle School Track and Field Sports Meeting (the top 3 in the collective project); Or in the high school stage, he won the top 8 in the middle school sports events organized by the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration (the top 6 in collective projects).
Note: Our school recognizes the results of previous students' academic proficiency test (senior high school entrance examination).
Article 11 Candidates are required to apply in strict accordance with the prescribed methods. The requirements are as follows:
(1) Candidates who meet the registration requirements must register through the online registration system. Each candidate is limited to 1 major.
(2) Online registration time: 2017 February19-2017 March 9. Candidates log on to the undergraduate enrollment network of Zhejiang Ocean University and go through the registration procedures according to the registration process prompted by the "Trinity" comprehensive evaluation enrollment system. After confirmation, the registration system automatically generates the Application Form for the Trinity Comprehensive Evaluation of Zhejiang Ocean University, and downloads and prints the application form.
(3) Application materials:
1. Zhejiang Ocean University "Trinity" comprehensive evaluation enrollment application form (stamped with the official seal of high school);
2. Copy of ID card;
3. Academic level test (senior high school entrance examination) scores and comprehensive quality evaluation certificate (stamped with the official seal of the Senior High School Academic Affairs Office);
4. A copy of the qualification certification materials that meet the five special conditions in the registration conditions (2) (stamped with the official seal of the Academic Affairs Office of the high school where the qualification is obtained).
(4) Binding of materials: Bind the written application materials into a book in the above order. A4 paper standard, when binding, the application form will be the first page of the material, and there is no need to make a cover.
(5) Receiving materials: All written materials of the applicant should be sent to the Admissions Office of Zhejiang Ocean University by EMS express mail before March 17 (No.1, Haida South Road, Lincheng Street, Dinghai District, Zhoushan City, zip code: 3 16022, telephone number: 0580-2550022). And indicate the words "Trinity Enrollment" on the envelope, and fill in the EMS number in the "Trinity" comprehensive evaluation enrollment system. The application materials will not be returned. Chapter VI Qualification Examination, Written Examination and Payment
Thirteenth qualification examination and written examination:

In principle, it should not exceed 6 times the number of enrollment plans for different majors, and the last candidate with the same score will be shortlisted. If the number of applicants for the corresponding major is less than 6 times of the enrollment plan, all candidates will be shortlisted for the comprehensive quality test.
Candidates who have achieved excellent results in academic competitions, scientific and technological innovation, language and literature, art and sports. In senior high school [see the special conditions in the registration conditions (II) for the names and grades of specific awards], after being recognized by the expert committee, we will be given priority to directly obtain the qualification of the "Trinity" comprehensive quality test in our school, which does not account for the proportion of qualified people in the written test.
Fourteenth candidates pay fees according to the following requirements:
(1) Fees: Candidates who pass the written test can only take the comprehensive test after paying the registration fee. Cost 1 10 yuan/person. If you need an expense invoice, please indicate it in the registration system and report it to the site for distribution. If it is not indicated, the invoice will not be provided.
(II) Payment method: During the period from March 2, 2065438 to April 5, 2065438 +07, candidates will remit the registration fee to our account (account name: Zhejiang Ocean University, bank: Zhoushan Construction Bank Sales Department, account number: 3300 1700) by bank remittance or online bank transfer. Please keep the remittance document (or screenshot of online transfer) for inquiry after payment.
(3) If you fail to take the comprehensive quality test due to personal reasons after successful payment, the registration fee will not be refunded. Candidates who fail to pay the fees within the time limit are deemed to have given up the examination qualification automatically and cannot take the comprehensive quality test.
Chapter VII Comprehensive Quality Test
Fifteenth comprehensive quality test by professional structured interview, the overall arrangement is as follows:

(2) Time and place of test

(III) Test contents
It mainly tests students' professional skills and qualities (appearance, oral expression, written expression, professional quality and potential, etc.). ).
(4) Performance evaluation: full score 100.
(V) Results query and shortlisting publicity: Our school determines the shortlist from high score to low score according to the comprehensive quality test results, and the final shortlisted candidates shall not exceed 5 times of the enrollment plan of each major. Candidates with the same comprehensive quality test results will be sorted according to the converted results of the candidates' academic level test (senior high school entrance examination). On the day of the end of the comprehensive quality test, candidates check their scores and shortlisted publicity list through our school's enrollment network. The shortlist was reported to Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute for the record after being publicized on the Admissions Network.
Note: The specific arrangement of comprehensive quality test will be announced in advance on Zhejiang Ocean University Admissions Network.
Chapter VIII Voluntary Reporting and Admission
Sixteenth candidates fill in the Trinity Volunteer in "Ordinary Early Admission"; The school is in the trinity of "ordinary early admission".
Seventeenth voluntary reporting: when volunteering, candidates must report "Zhejiang Ocean University" as the first college volunteer, otherwise it will be invalid. When filling in the professional volunteers, the professional volunteers must be consistent with the candidates' shortlisted volunteers.
Article 18 Admission principles and methods: The school sets the school enrollment baseline for 1: 1 according to the number of enrollment plans for each major. If it is insufficient (due to limited physical examination and other reasons. ), candidates from all majors will be selected one by one from high scores to low scores until they are full. The total score of the college entrance examination of the admitted candidates shall not be less than two scores. If the number of candidates volunteering to fill in the form is less than 1 10% of the planned number, the number of candidates admitted will be controlled within 85% of the volunteers.
Nineteenth candidates who enter the archives are sorted according to their comprehensive scores from high to low. Candidates with the same comprehensive scores are sorted according to individual order and score. The single order is: comprehensive quality test score, total score of college entrance examination and academic level test (senior high school entrance examination) score.
Conversion formula of comprehensive score: academic level test (senior high school entrance examination) score (converted to full score 100) × 15%+ comprehensive quality test score (full score 100) ×35%+ total score of college entrance examination (converted to full score 100) ×50%. Among them, the conversion criteria of academic proficiency test (senior high school entrance examination) are: A is 10, B is 7, C is 4, and D is not scored.
Twentieth schools use English as the teaching language; There is no limit to the proportion of men and women admitted to each major; Treat the admission of previous students and current students equally; Candidates who apply for English (normal) major have an English score of not less than 105 (according to the total score of 150).
Twenty-first schools strictly implement the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities", and new students will undergo physical examination and review according to regulations after entering the school.
Chapter IX Expenses, Incentives and Subsidies
Twenty-second schools implement the measures for the management of credit system fees, and strictly implement the charging standards and relevant regulations of colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province. The tuition fee for normal majors is 4,800 yuan/student/academic year (including 3,000 yuan for credits and 65,438 yuan +0.800 yuan for majors).
Article 23 The school has more than one scholarship 10, such as national scholarship, national inspirational scholarship, Donghai scholarship, Wang Chenghai scholarship, Yang Yongman scholarship and outstanding student scholarship.

Chapter X Supervision Mechanism
Twenty-fifth school selection and admission work in strict accordance with the principle of "justice, fairness and openness", accept the supervision of the school supervision office, and accept the supervision of the admissions department of Zhejiang Province and the society.
Article 26 Candidates should provide true and accurate application materials based on the principle of good faith. Once verified, candidates will be severely dealt with according to Decree No.36 of the Ministry of Education:
(1) Providing false personal information such as name, age, nationality and household registration, forging or illegally obtaining certificates, achievement certificates and honorary certificates, etc. , defrauding registration qualifications and enjoying preferential policies;
(two) providing false materials in the comprehensive quality evaluation and related application materials, which affects the admission results;
(3) Enrolling in school as an impostor, and enrolling in school as a substitute or obtaining preferential qualifications;
(four) other serious violations of the provisions of college enrollment fraud.
If the above behavior is found in the registration stage, the registration qualification will be cancelled; Those found before admission will be disqualified; If it is found after admission, the admission qualification or student status will be cancelled; If it is found after graduation, the education administrative department shall declare the academic qualifications and degree certificates invalid and order them to be taken back or confiscated; Anyone suspected of committing a crime shall be transferred to judicial organs for handling according to law. The secondary school where the candidates are located should carefully verify the recommended materials or the self-recommended materials approved by the seal. If there is fraud, our school will reserve the right to take relevant measures.
