1, 985 University: Northeastern University Qinhuangdao Branch is located in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, but it is actually a part of Northeastern University, a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. Northeastern University is one of the key universities in the "985 Project" and "21Project", and its Qinhuangdao branch has the qualification of independent enrollment in Hebei Province, and undertakes some "21/Project" construction projects.

2.2 1 1 University: Hebei University of Technology, located in Tianjin, is a work-oriented and multidisciplinary backbone university in Hebei Province. It is also a national "double first-class" world-class discipline construction university and a national "2 1 1 engineering" key construction university.

North China Electric Power University (Baoding) is a multidisciplinary and research-oriented national key university featuring energy and electric power. Under the Ministry of Education, the board of directors composed of seven super-large power enterprise groups, including the Ministry of Education and State Grid Corporation of China, and the China Federation of Power Enterprises jointly set up. It is also one of the key universities of "2 1 1 Project".
