Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education in order to ensure the smooth enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students in Anhui Normal University and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates.

Article 2 Anhui Normal University is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by the state and a key normal university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and Anhui Province. Article 3 Those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time shall be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Anhui Normal University; Those who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting will be awarded the degree certificate of Anhui Normal University.

Article 4 Undergraduate enrollment of Anhui Normal University follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", and is subject to the supervision of higher authorities, discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, parents of candidates and all sectors of society.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 5 Anhui Normal University shall set up an Admissions Committee, which shall be responsible for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) on enrollment; Responsible for formulating the enrollment charter, enrollment policy and enrollment plan and reporting them to the principal's office for approval; Supervise the whole process of all kinds of enrollment work, and coordinate and deal with major problems in all kinds of enrollment work. The Admissions Committee is composed of principals, leaders of relevant schools, heads of relevant departments, directors of professor committees and student representatives. The director is the headmaster.

Article 6 The Admissions and Employment Office of Anhui Normal University is specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of the enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students.

Chapter III Admission

Article 8 Anhui Normal University determines the proportion of filing according to the situation of students in each province (city, autonomous region): in principle, voluntary filing in run-to-run control is within 120%; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, it should be controlled within 105% in principle.

Article 9 Anhui Normal University shall be admitted according to the principle of giving priority to professional volunteers (clear majors). For majors whose first volunteer files are less than the number of admission plans in the same batch, they will be replenished from the second volunteer to the number of plans according to the scores from high to low. Other professional volunteers are dissatisfied, and so on, until the full amount. In the provinces that comprehensively reformed the college entrance examination, they were admitted according to the relevant provisions of the college entrance examination reform plan.

Article 10 Candidates applying for English major must use English as a foreign language, and have a good score in the oral English test, with a score of not less than 120 (150).

Eleventh Anhui Normal University recognizes the results of the unified examination or joint examination of art majors in Shengyuan Province. In principle, art majors are admitted according to the admission method stipulated by the enrollment department of Shengyuan Province, but with the permission of the enrollment department of Shengyuan Province, they are admitted from high to low according to the results of the unified examination or the joint examination.

Article 12 Candidates who apply for musicology, fine arts (including fine arts, painting, sculpture), design (visual communication design, environmental design, arts and crafts), and calligraphy have a score of not less than 50 in a single foreign language subject (150).

Thirteenth candidates in Anhui Province apply for art majors, and the scores of cultural courses reach the minimum control line of provincial art undergraduate courses, and they are admitted according to the comprehensive scores of each module in the provincial unified examination. Details are as follows:

1. Broadcasting and hosting art majors are selected according to the comprehensive scores of "module 1".

2. Dance performance major (sports dance, aerobics direction) is selected according to the comprehensive score of Module 3.

3. Dance performance major (professional dance direction) is selected according to the comprehensive score of "Module 4".

4. Calligraphy and law majors are selected according to the comprehensive scores of "Module 6".

5. The majors of art, design, animation and photography are selected according to the comprehensive scores of "Module 7".

6. Musicology majors are selected according to the comprehensive scores of Module 8.

7. Music performance majors are required to choose the exam according to the main score of "Module 8" on the basis of passing the professional provincial unified examination results, and the cultural examination results and artistic comprehensive scores reach the corresponding batch of art undergraduate control lines designated by Anhui Province. Among them, vocal performance only recruits candidates whose main event is vocal music, and instrumental performance only recruits candidates whose main event is instrumental music. The minimum control line of the main score is determined by the school before admission.

The calculation method of comprehensive scores of the above-mentioned majors shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Anhui Education Admissions Examination Institute.

Fourteenth candidates in Anhui Province apply for physical education, and their scores in cultural courses reach the minimum control line of provincial physical education undergraduate courses, and they are admitted according to the comprehensive scores of provincial physical education college entrance examination.

Fifteenth Jiangsu candidates to apply for Anhui Normal University related requirements:

To apply for arts and sciences majors, the requirements of academic level test subjects are: optional exam 2B, required exam 4C, and qualified technical subjects. History scores first and then grades, and physics scores first and then grades.

To apply for art majors, seven subjects required for academic proficiency test must reach D level (technical subjects are regarded as D level if they fail), and the scores of cultural courses are admitted from high to low on the minimum control score line of this batch of admission. Candidates applying for art design should have a foreign language score of not less than 40 (120). In case of any conflict between the above-mentioned academic level examination subject grade requirements and the relevant provisions of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute, the provisions of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute shall prevail.

Sixteenth candidates for comprehensive reform of college entrance examination apply for Anhui Normal University, and the selected subjects in high school should meet the requirements of Anhui Normal University.

Chapter IV Physical Examination and Tuition Fees

Seventeenth Anhui Normal University undergraduate enrollment physical examination standards in accordance with the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on College Enrollment Physical Examination" (J.F. [2003] No.3) and related supplementary provisions. Candidates who fail the medical examination will not be admitted; Candidates with limited majors may not be admitted.

Article 18 The tuition standard for ordinary undergraduate students is: 3850 yuan/student/school year for liberal arts, education or management, and 4290 yuan/student/school year for science and engineering (Wanjiahangfeizi [2000] No.259); The tuition fee for arts normal majors is 5,000 yuan/student/school year, and that for arts non-normal majors is 7,000 yuan/student/school year (Wanjiahangfeizi [1999] No.240); The cost of sports training is 8800 yuan/student/school year (Wan Jia Fei Zi [2003] No.83).

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Nineteenth Anhui Normal University high-level sports team enrollment, sports training, directional students, national special events, local special events, mainland Tibet classes, mainland Xinjiang classes, sports (experimental classes for football teachers), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan overseas Chinese, etc. It should be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the school's enrollment brochure.

Article 20 Foreign language teaching for non-foreign language majors in our school only provides English teaching.

Twenty-first students enrolled according to professional categories are not divided into specific majors when they enter school. In the diversion, fully respect the needs of students' personality development. On the basis of students' voluntary application, they choose their major according to their hobbies and specialties within the major category. Students can also apply to transfer to a major other than the major category according to their interests, hobbies and specialties, and transfer to a new major after approval.

Article 22 After the promulgation of these Articles of Association, in case of adjustment of college entrance examination policies of the Ministry of Education and some provinces, Anhui Normal University will formulate corresponding admission policies according to relevant policies and announce them separately.
