Students who apply for loans for the first time need to hold the application form to any unit of high school, village Committee and township civil affairs department for qualification examination and build official seal.
Students and * * * borrowers submit loan applications to the county student financial assistance management center with the sealed application form in duplicate, the original and photocopy of ID card, the original and photocopy of household registration book, and the college admission notice.
The county student financial assistance management center will review the borrowing students, and after passing the examination, it will sign a loan contract with the borrowing students for student-origin credit student loans. The loan contract is in quadruplicate, one for the student, one for the borrower, one for the county student financial assistance management center and one for the development bank branch. At the same time, the county student financial assistance management center prints the Acceptance Certificate of Student Loans from China Development Bank, and after it is confirmed with the official seal, it will be handed over to the students together with the loan contract and brought to the university for registration.

2. On-site audit: Students download and print the application form from the system after applying online, and bring the following materials to the Student Financial Assistance Management Center of the county education bureau where the household registration is located for on-site audit:
① Show: the original ID cards, admission notices and household registration books of the students and borrowers;
(2) Submission: the original application form signed by the students themselves, copies of ID cards of both parties, and copies of admission notices.
