Through the investigation and internship in Xinhe, I have an objective perceptual knowledge of what I have learned in school, which makes me fully aware of the relationship between theory and practice. My internship mainly involves accounting business (corporate business) and savings business, while others generally know about credit card business and loan business. From these businesses, I have some preliminary understanding of the macro-control of the national economy.
Second, understand the national macro-control objectives.
At this critical moment of economic development, finance, as the core of national economic institutions, should undoubtedly play a leverage role in macro-control. The goal of national macro-control is to control local economic overheating, with the focus on structural adjustment.
For a long time, the deposit-loan spread has been the main means for Chinese banks to obtain profits. However, many banks rely solely on deposit and loan spreads to make profits, which will inevitably lead to the phenomenon of chasing hot industries and relying on large households. This highly dependent relationship between banks and enterprises also increases the difficulty of macro-control.
The development of banks depends on the improvement of the overall economic environment, but the healthy operation of the economy cannot be completed by banks' unprincipled lending. This not only requires banks to carefully determine the direction of credit supply through the study of the overall situation of macroeconomic regulation and control, but also must change the current profit model that relies solely on deposit-loan spreads, especially corporate business to obtain profits. This can form a stable profit source for banks and enhance their ability to resist risks and sustainable development; For enterprises, some enterprises can cherish hard-won credit funds, improve the level of capital utilization, prevent blind expansion of enterprises and enhance their sense of self-accumulation; For the government, it can reduce the difficulty of economic regulation and avoid the phenomenon that banks and enterprises are highly dependent on it and push their luck in the macro-control policy experiment.
Of course, the bank's adjustment of profit model is not to encourage banks to give up their support for enterprises, but to require banks to strengthen their ability to resist risks and send credit funds to enterprises with standardized operation and good benefits. Financial stability is the biggest and most unsustainable support for the economy.
Third, the harvest and experience
As the saying goes, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. These basic businesses are often not fully understood in books, so the basic objects are particularly important, especially the job opportunities of senior technicians reflected by the current employment situation are greater than those of undergraduates because their practical ability is stronger than that of undergraduates. From this internship, I realized that if we combine what we learned in college with more practice, and test the truth with practice, so that an undergraduate can have a strong ability to handle basic tasks and systematic professional knowledge, this is the real purpose of our study and internship.
This half-month internship, I think, is a bridge for me to go to society in the future. It is an important experience in my life and an important step, which will also be of great help to my future work. Some basic principles, such as seeking advice with an open mind, observing organizational discipline and unit rules and regulations, and treating others with civility, should be conscientiously implemented in real life and good habits should be cultivated in real life. Most of the experience and knowledge I learned during this period came from the teaching of company leaders and teachers, which is a valuable asset in my life. This internship also made me deeply understand that it is very important to maintain good relations with colleagues at work. To do things, we must first learn to be a man, understand the truth of being a man, and how to get along with others is the most basic problem in modern society. For a person who is about to enter the society, there are still many things to learn. Only through constant practice can we make ourselves more mature.
