1, school profile:
Century College of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, founded in 2005, is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. Although it has a short running time, its teaching resources are relatively comprehensive. February 2008, April 20 10, it is the first independent college in Beijing to accept the qualification of foreign students. From 20 13 to 12, we moved from Daxing Langbi to Kangzhuang Yanqing.
2. Teaching resources:
According to official website data of Century College of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the library covers an area of 500 mu, with nearly 620,000 books, 3 19 full-time and part-time teachers and nearly 5,000 students. In 20 12, there were 285 full-time teachers in the school, including 3 professors and 80 associate professors. There are 99 doctoral degrees and 82 master's degrees/kloc-0, which shows that the school has a strong faculty.
3. Department Specialty:
By the end of 20 16 and 12, the school has 6 departments and 15 undergraduate majors, mainly including engineering, management, literature and art. The college has 1 national off-campus practical education bases for college students and 1 Beijing-level off-campus talent training bases.
4. School-enterprise cooperation:
By June, 2022, the College had signed internship and training base agreements with 62 enterprises, such as ZTE, China Mobile, Crystal Stone and China Post, to send students into enterprise internship and training, and complete graduation design under the guidance of enterprise tutors. Sending teachers to participate in enterprise summer practice ensures the close combination of talent training and professional industry development.
5. International communication:
By June 2022, the College became the first China university in China to be allowed to join the IELTS global search engine system, and the first independent college in Beijing to receive international students. At present, more than 400 people have gone to Britain, France, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Finland, Germany, Spain and other countries to study and exchange, and accepted 17 batches of international students to study in the college.
The College has successively signed inter-school friendly agreements and implemented cooperation projects with universities in the United States, Canada, Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Finland, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia, introduced advanced courses in computer science and technology in Japan, set up a Sino-US Internet of Things credit mutual recognition exchange learning program, carried out academic education and short-term course training cooperation, and provided professional and social training for students.
