I am an electrical major at Jiaotong University. I just graduated this year, and then I will continue to study at Jiaotong University in the second half of the year. As far as I know, electrical major is the three ace majors in undergraduate employment of Jiaotong University (the other two are communication and electromechanical), so the employment rate is irrelevant. Although the average starting salary is not high, as I have worked in the electrical industry, it should be clear that the salary of the electrical industry increases with the increase of age and the accumulation of experience, and the power electronics direction of electrical specialty is the strongest in Beijing except Tsinghua and Peking University.
