Students who meet the day-to-day conditions submit a written application to the college, and students fill in the day-to-day materials.

Inspection and seal of apartment center

The college reviews, seals and confirms with parents that the college provides:

1. Written application for day study

2 copies of 2XX university day study agreement (fill in your school name) 3. Three application forms for day study in xx University.

Audit materials:

1. Written application for day study

Two copies of 2xx university day study agreement.

Three application forms for 3xx university day study.

Examination and seal of student affairs office

All departments for the record:

1.One copy of XX University Day-study Agreement is given to the students and the other to the student office. 2. An "application form for day study in XX University" is used by the student office, financial office and apartment center.

2. The counselor signs and affixes the official seal of the Student Affairs Office.

3. Signature of office secretary

Make a copy.

5. Sign and seal the logistics and give them a copy.

6. Submit the application form to the financial department of the school for signature and filing.

Tip: It's best to make a copy yourself after signing by the Finance Department, so as to avoid losing it and reapplying.
