1, Harbin College: Harbin College is a local ordinary undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is located in the ice city of Harbin, which enjoys the reputation of "Paris of the East" and is the only full-time public ordinary undergraduate college in Harbin. Adhering to the historical development of six universities including Harbin University and Harbin Normal University, there are currently 12 secondary colleges with 45 undergraduate majors.

Jiamusi University: Jiamusi University is a provincial-level high-level university under key construction in Heilongjiang Province, and also a comprehensive university with complete categories and medical specialties in Heilongjiang Province. With 24 colleges and/kloc-0 medical departments, it is the first batch of demonstration universities in Heilongjiang Province to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education. 3. North University for Nationalities: North University for Nationalities is a comprehensive university for nationalities located in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It is jointly established by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the Ministry of Education, China Academy of Sciences and the People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It is a comprehensive university, selected as the first batch of universities to implement the national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan, the first batch of new engineering research and practice projects of the Ministry of Education, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Business Incubator, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Shuangchuang Demonstration Base, National Business Incubator Demonstration Base and National Youth Entrepreneurship Demonstration Park.
