Before the Spring Festival, my wife cleaned up and turned everything upside down. The roof and walls have been swept, so it is necessary to move the bed and clean it. She moved the quilts one by one, dismantled the bedplates one by one, opened the bedplates one by one, revealing the bedbarrels filled with clothes and other things, and moved out one by one.
I fell from above. In a bed bucket, there are several brown paper bags, bulging. I opened them one by one.
A bag contains seventeen shiny medals of Chairman Mao, all made of red copper and aluminum. They are different in size and edge. I have never thought of them for half a century, but they are still fresh in my memory. It feels very kind. That was in the 1960s and 1970s. Almost everyone wears Chairman Mao's medal on his chest. If he doesn't wear it, he feels that he lacks a glory and a love for the leader. Where did the medal come from? Send a meeting, send a friend, and ask each other among comrades. Everyone saves a few. When I was in the commune, a big female cadre came to the county and kept looking at me. I just wonder what she wants to do. She came to hug me and took off the medal I was wearing. A bag contains the work permit for me and my wife, the title certificates for previous job evaluations, and the honorary certificate for the first job evaluation, which records the work experience of our old couple; There is also a bag with a plastic "bicycle license" and two bicycle license plates on the back tile. I remember that the cars running in the street were sparse, but the bicycles were bustling. Managing bicycles is an important task of the public security department. Whoever buys a bicycle first reports to the "account" and gets a license.
What impressed me most were four plastic "food purchase books" and four stacks of "food stamps". Three of them are Hebei food stamps, which are five Jin, three Jin and one Jin respectively. There are at least a few in a stack, which is also five pounds, but it is a national food stamp. Speaking of food stamps and food stamps, I have to start with my age 14 (1954). After the autumn harvest, my family joined the agricultural production cooperative. That year, the grain market was banned and the state unified purchase and marketing was implemented. Rationing, the rest of the grain is sold to the country. It is said that An Yibo of Yuanshi County sold a lot of surplus grain, boasted in the street on horseback and wore flowers, and bought too much grain. However, it was quickly corrected and the oversubscribed "grain purchase book" was reissued. My family oversubscribed before issuing this book. This is the earliest grain purchase book I have ever seen. Since then, farmers have been given quotas to distribute food and paid according to their work. When I went to work in the commune, the annual per capita ration index of each production team was approved by the commune, and most of them were more than 300 kilograms, with a cap of 420 kilograms.
After I joined the work, the quota was constantly adjusted with the change of the work. I just gave birth to a baby weighing 8 kg and gained 2 kg when I was one year old. At that time, most employees lived in single canteens, and household registration and food certificates were collective. Go to the higher level for meetings, business trips, business trips ... No matter when you are in a meeting, in the company canteen or in the restaurant, you need food stamps. Even if you go to the countryside to eat rice cakes, you have to pay 40 cents a day, 1 kg 4 two food stamps, and the excess is made up by the grain department. Get food stamps, and those who eat collectively will get them in the unit canteen. The canteen of the unit will be deducted from your index and filled in this book. I became a family, with my own household registration book and grain purchase book. I use food stamps from the grain station, and the grain station deducts them from the grain purchase index. Use Hebei food stamps when going out in the province and use national food stamps when going out. National food stamps contain indicators of edible oil, so canteens are strictly controlled, and grain stations deduct them from the indicators of oil purchase.
My family has a balance of food stamps, which is the most difficult period. My wife and I work in the county, 3 miles from my father-in-law's house. He is both a carpenter and a stonemason, working for people and managing food, saving money; My mother-in-law works in the fields, picking up wheat ears, picking up wheat ears, pinching bean clips ... and pasting rations on the road during the grain harvest season. She steamed the dry food and brought it to us. We ate her and saved ourselves. 13 years accumulated more than 500 kilograms of food stamps. I went to work in the prefectural party committee and after smashing the Gang of Four, I studied in the Party School of a comrade in the Propaganda Department. He was nervous about food stamps, so I gave him 80 Jin.
I think the last proof of purchasing food is 1995, and there is no record of buying food or receiving food stamps in this book. At that time, I was still at work, conveying the spirit that I don't need to buy food for the time being, and I don't accept internal food stamps when I eat in the canteen. I asked what to do with the existing grain books and food stamps. The answer says put it first! Later, although I didn't say one, two or three, the grain market transactions were gradually liberalized, which was an answer.
Food stamps and food stamps have been used for 40 years, almost past my "golden" era. In those decades, their use value was no less than that of RMB. Struggle-life, wholeheartedly for the public, but also for yourself, looking forward to the family's food and clothing, struggling for decades, has been short of money and things. After retirement, I spend more and more money, especially in recent years. I can eat whatever I want and buy whatever I want, but I don't know what to buy. Considering the hardships of grandparents, it would be great if they could catch up with such a new era!
