The Construction of Community Organizations in Hangzhou Normal University
The Federation of Student Associations of Hangzhou Normal University has a presidium, which consists of chairman, vice-chairman, minister of organization department and director of office. There are three major organizations, namely, publicity organizations, project development organizations and affairs organizations. The vice chairman of the organization is responsible for the organization and coordination of specific work of each department. The department mainly has the following responsibilities: 1. Organization department: responsible for the semester assessment of the whole school and in charge of the internal personnel of the Federation;

2. Office: responsible for coordinating various functional departments of the school association, conducting financial management and contacting the inside and outside of the school;

3. Activity Department: responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of school community activities;

4. Supervision and approval department: responsible for the standardized approval and democratic supervision of school community activities;

5. Community Construction Department: responsible for the community construction of the whole school and strengthening the contact with all the communities in the whole school;

6. Advertising Propaganda Department: responsible for the publicity work of the school association and the whole school association, responsible for the maintenance of the school association website, and providing network support for all work;

7. Public Relations and Outreach Department: responsible for contacting various associations in the school to carry out necessary activities, communicating with major brother colleges and universities, and contacting business sponsors;

8. Editorial department: responsible for information collection, publication typesetting and editing, and communication writing;

9. Rights and Interests Protection Department: safeguarding the rights and interests of members and member units, accepting complaints and petitions from schools, associations and members, and investigating and handling them.
