3. For sequential voluntary filing, the proportion of students' files consulted by schools is generally 1.20%. Provinces with large enrollment plans (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the same below) and provinces that implement parallel volunteer investment can be less than this ratio, but they must be higher than 100%.

4. Comprehensive evaluation of candidates' moral, intellectual and physical comprehensive assessment. Candidates who volunteer to enter the file in order do not set the school volunteer grade difference, and the first volunteer candidate is given priority. If the students of the first choice candidate are insufficient, candidates who are not the first choice can be admitted.

5. There is no difference in professional level for the candidates who enter the file (excluding the advance approval of art). Arrange majors according to their professional volunteers from high score to low score, and give priority to meeting the professional volunteers of high score candidates.
