Dang Yimin, from Fuping, Shaanxi, 1963, director of the Propaganda Department of the Armed Police Traffic Command, member of the Chinese Writers Association and the Chinese Reportage Society. He has published three novels, a collection of essays and several reportage works. All the way to Gesanghua describes the fighting life of the officers and men of the Armed Police Traffic Force who have been stationed on the Sichuan-Tibet Highway for many years.
