Hanming Lake, male, Suning, Hebei, Hui nationality. Party member, 1995, graduated from the Mathematics Department of Harbin Institute of Technology with a postgraduate degree and a doctorate. He is a postdoctoral fellow in general mechanics of Harbin Jianzhu University, a postdoctoral fellow in management science and engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology, a professor, a doctoral supervisor, a national candidate for the "100 million talents project in the new century", and an outstanding expert in provincial administration, enjoying special government allowance from the State Council. He is currently the Party Secretary of Hebei University of Engineering.
