You can join the party and recommend outstanding league members as the development target of the party organization. There are seven processes for college students to join the Party by recommending outstanding candidates, which are: submitting an application for joining the Party, recommending outstanding party member, identifying party activists, attending party schools, becoming development targets, preparing for party member, and applying to become a formal party member.

Party joining procedure:

1. Personal application.

4. Organize training (the training and inspection period in party member is more than one year), and fill in the inspection form for activists joining the Party.

14. When filling in the "Application for Joining the Party", there should be two official party member as references.

4. The Party branch shall conduct a review, and the general meeting of the Party branch shall discuss and make a resolution and report it to the Party committee.

5. Understanding and approval of higher-level party organizations (preparation period is more than one year).
