What is a work internship?
Employment probation is a public welfare activity to carry out short-term full-time employment training in enterprises, institutions and social organizations, accumulate work experience, improve work ability, and then realize employment. College students' internship training not only accumulates experience and skills for college students in their posts, but also facilitates employers to inspect and retain trainee students.

After the employment internship of college graduates, the internship unit will assess the college graduates and issue an internship certificate, which will be one of the basis for the employer to recruit and select trainee college graduates.

Other knowledge of employment probation.

If an enterprise (unit) absorbs unemployed college graduates who have left school to participate in employment probation, the trainee enterprise (unit) shall pay the basic living allowance for the trainee during the probation period, and then apply for employment probation allowance from the local human resources and social security department in accordance with the regulations. During the probation period, if it is officially recorded (employed) by the probation unit, it can be regarded as calculating the length of service during the probation period of this unit.

Unemployed college graduates returning to their original places after leaving school can contact the local human resources and social security departments and local league organizations to apply for employment internships on their own initiative.
