Originally, TOEFL 79 was necessary for graduation. Now it's a junior and a senior. If you don't go abroad, you only need all English courses above grade C. If you go abroad, you still need TOEFL 79.

The significance of China Ocean University Law (Sino-foreign cooperation);
With the approval of the Ministry of Education, China Ocean University and the University of Arizona jointly set up a law undergraduate education major (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) in order to introduce overseas high-quality educational resources, innovate the training mode, broaden the ways of talent training and cultivate high-end foreign-related legal talents. This project is the first national double-degree cooperative education project for law undergraduates authorized by the Ministry of Education and jointly organized with American universities.
