The Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration issued the Standards for Students' Physical Health (Trial Scheme), which stipulates that students who are sick or disabled can apply to the school for exemption from implementing the Standards for Students' Physical Health (Trial Scheme). Students are not required to implement the application form of "National Standards for Students' Physical Fitness and Health", which can be filled in and stored in the student file only after it is proved by the medical unit and approved by the sports department. Disabled students who have lost their athletic ability and are exempt from implementing standards can still participate in the selection, scholarships and awards of "three good students". When they graduate, they can get full marks for their standard scores, but they won't be graded.
20 14 in order to establish and improve the national monitoring and evaluation mechanism of students' physical health and encourage students to take an active part in physical exercise, the Ministry of Education issued the National Standard for Students' Physical Health (revised on 20 14), which stipulates that students may apply for suspension or exemption from the implementation of this standard due to illness or disability. The implementation of this standard can be suspended or exempted after being proved by the medical unit and approved by the sports department, and the disabled students should fill in and keep the Application Form for Exemption from Implementation. Disabled students who really lose their athletic ability and are exempted from the implementation of the standards can still participate in the evaluation and reward, and the standard results should be marked as exempted from implementation when they graduate.
Therefore, according to the medical examination documents of the two countries, the policy usually allows students to apply for extension or exemption due to illness, but only as a special case. If this situation is increasing, on the one hand, it may indicate that the number of sick students is increasing, which should be highly concerned; On the other hand, is it hard to hide that more and more students are taking a "loophole" in physical examination? The "illness" that is postponed or exempted from examination due to illness is not clearly defined. Some students mistakenly think that they are "sick" and can be exempted from inspection. Now some college students do have various diseases, but I didn't expect that the physical examination was the season when some diseases were high. In addition to chronic diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, or serious organic diseases, some students suffering from fasciitis, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, colds, stomachaches and hyperthyroidism (in fact, many of them can apply for postponement of the exam) also apply for exemption.
Some students have been fractured for a year and a half, and they still apply for exemption, saying that they can't exercise vigorously. In fact, the most important stage of fracture rehabilitation is functional recovery. For college students, as long as they recover well, most fractures can be restored to the level of motor function before fracture. All this shows that many college students lack knowledge of sports health, think that they should not exercise if they are sick, or have a "lack of affection" for physical examination, trying to "escape" or even "accurately control" the disease in physical examination. I didn't expect to come with the doctor's diagnosis.
