Pets Level 3, namely, Level 3 of Public English Test System, is a national English proficiency test system designed and responsible by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education. Candidates who are going to take this level of examination are generally over 20 years old and are engaged in administrative secretary, assistant manager, comprehensive management or scientific and technological workers, employees of foreign companies and so on.

Generally speaking, the CET-3 exam is arranged on the first weekend of March and September every year. The written test (including listening) is on Saturday morning, and the oral test is on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
