Specific provisions of the Ministry of Education on recommending a few outstanding undergraduate graduates to engage in postgraduate work without taking the test;
1, the recommendation work should implement the principle of comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence and physique to ensure the quality. The recommended students should adhere to the four cardinal principles, have good moral character, abide by the law and discipline, be determined to serve the socialist modernization, have excellent academic performance and have the quality of being trained as graduate students. In the recommendation work, we should not only pay attention to the evaluation of the political thought and moral quality of the recommended students.
Moreover, in mastering the business standards, we should not only look at the academic achievements of the recommended students over the years, but also pay attention to the investigation of their learning ability, innovative spirit and business expertise, so as to avoid the recommendation work simply queuing according to scores. In order to ensure the professional quality of the recommended students, the school can also conduct necessary examinations (assessments).
2, colleges and universities set up a recommendation work leading group, according to the quota allocation and the relevant provisions issued by the competent department, combined with the specific characteristics of the school's disciplines and majors and other actual conditions, formulate practical and specific recommendations, determine the recommendation list and post it in the school.
3. After the recommended list is confirmed, students can go to the designated place in the university office of the province (city, autonomous region) where the school is located on the specified date with a letter of introduction from the school, go through the registration formalities, and receive a recommendation form and a physical examination form. Recommended students are free to choose two volunteer applicants.
4. In order to strengthen inter-school exchanges and promote the development of disciplines, colleges and universities that recruit graduate students should actively encourage and recommend students to report to other schools or scientific research institutions.
