There are many research directions of management science, such as how to rationally allocate people, money and things in an organization from the perspective of productivity, so that all factors can give full play.

From the aspect of production relations, this paper studies how to correctly handle the relationship between people in the organization and how to establish and improve the organization and various management systems.

From the aspect of superstructure, this paper studies how the internal environment of the organization adapts to the external environment, and how the rules and regulations of the organization keep consistent with the political, economic, legal and moral superstructure of society, thus promoting the development of productive forces.

Specifically, it is environmental management, financial management, economic management, agricultural management and personnel management. My major in university is agricultural and forestry economic management.

Management is a comprehensive interdisciplinary subject, and it is a science that systematically studies the basic laws and general methods of management activities.

Management is produced to meet the needs of modern socialized mass production. Its purpose is to study how to improve the productivity level under the existing conditions through the reasonable organization and allocation of human, financial and material resources.

Management refers to the activity process in which managers integrate the resources of an organization and realize the established goals of the organization by implementing the functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling in a specific environment.
