Legal analysis: 1. If the employing unit has been signed, it will be transferred to the party organization of the employing unit. If the employing unit has not established a party organization, it shall transfer its organizational relationship to the party organization in the place where the unit is located or where it lives, or to the party organization in the competent department of industry, or to the party organization in the talent service institution under the personnel (labor) department of the government at or above the county level.

2. Continue to pursue postgraduate education and transfer to the school party organization.

3. If you have neither signed a good employment unit nor continued your studies, transfer to the street or township party organization where you or your parents live. Or temporarily put the organizational relationship in the organization department of the college party Committee, and transfer the organizational relationship in time once you find a job.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Organic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban Residents Committee;

(five) to assist the people's government or its agencies to do a good job in public health, family planning, special care and relief, youth education and other work related to the interests of residents;

(six) to reflect the opinions, demands and suggestions of residents to the people's government or its agencies.
