The college has basic laboratories such as basic physics, modern physics, university physics demonstration, college students' open room and student computer room, among which the basic physics laboratory is the demonstration laboratory of Hunan Province. At the same time, there are professional laboratories for material growth, structural analysis, electrical and electronic, microstructure, measurement and control technology, etc. The laboratory covers an area of more than 6000 square meters. The laboratory has advanced modern instruments and equipment for material preparation, analysis and testing, which creates good conditions for material preparation, microstructure analysis and performance characteristics research. These instruments include atomic force microscope, transmission electron microscope, micro-nano comprehensive mechanical testing system (nano-indentation instrument, atomic force microscope), X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, scanning electron microscope, AC impedance spectrometer, ferroelectric analyzer, Raman spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer, high-temperature metallographic microscope, laser-induced and atomic epitaxy system and fluorescence spectrum analyzer, high-performance computing cluster (HPCC) and mechanics, materials, physics and microelectronics.
